    Reserved at Accor app. When arrived to the hotel, they don´t have the reservation. The price charged in higher that the price of the reservation. No response to complaint emailAccor Hotels never again

    Only book this hotel if you have no other option to stay, the bathroom is worse than a public toilet, they don't even have a toilet seat !!! The only good thing is that it's cheap and it's got free parking !!

    I booked a 2 night stay in August 2018 through ebookers which was all paid for until I got to the hotel where the member of staff tried to make me pay for the whole booking. I knew that I already paid ebookers however he tried to say that I only made a reservation and that it needed to be paid now. After sometime looking through his systems and after showing our bank statement he then said he was looking at the wrong page. I got the impression that he was trying to make me pay again. We got to the room on the 2nd floor room 227 and it was absolutely filthy. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. However stayed in Ibis Budget hotels before in the UK where rooms are clean this was the complete opposite. The floor, walls and ceiling was stained with blood splattered from dead mosquitos. I was lucky that we took our electrical mosquito swatter which we used to get rid of at least 10 mosquitos. They did not bother to clean the room, the floor behind the bed was in need of a vacuum. The room was extremely hot and had no AC or fan and we couldn't open the window to ensure we do not add to the mosquito infestation. This hotel is extremely terrible and I would advise to avoid at all costs. It was so bad we did not return to stay on our 2nd night!!! The only positive was the free parking.

    So asked for an accessible room ended up with one on the 3rd floor. Bathroom smelt like urine. However room was clean and check in easy. Member of staff one night shouted at my partner for using disabled bay to which I had the right to use with my blue badges so I felt judged from that night on and uncomfortable

    This hotel is substandard, an Austrian prison cell is more comfortable. I had to stay there two nights with a group travel and didn't get any sleep. Group was noisy and reception clerk could do anything. There is no air condition it was awful hot, lots of mosquitoes. I will never return to anything has written ibis on it, but like to mention that the reception stuff did their best, I'm sorry for them.
