  We stayed for one night and all o can day is it was ok. We got to sleep and change before continuing our journey. The rooms are dated and very, very small. We booked a room for three. For the price I wasn't expecting much but I was surprised at just how small the room is. There is literally no where to put luggage and I ended up storing it in the shower. Only one side of the bed has a shelf, the other doesn't so it complicated to even set a drink or charge a mobile. My daughter slept in a bunk bed over the double bed, which she had to make herself. There was a badly fitted shelf next to the ladder which fell on her when she climbed the ladder. Someone had attached it to the wall with glue and kitchen paper, it luckily fell on her leg and not her head. Small towels are provided and I decided to shower at home as it just seemed too difficult there due to lack of space and a towel.The room was also very very warm, we slept with the window open even in January and temps of zero outside. We still did not sleep well due to the heat, even though I turned the heating down as much as I could in the room.   We have stayed in this hotel 5 or 6 times now whilst travelling to and from Cherbourg and Annecy every year. It is outside Paris but convenient to motorway north and south. Good value, clean and comfortable . Dining/shopping within walking distance . Friendly, efficient staff.   Tiny room and difficult to get to

  I was here for 1 night during a business trip before I went to the Novotel Suite about 10 mins walk up the road. Positives.1. Price2. Breakfast included and nice area to eat3. Air Con was working and kept me cool during the stayNegatives.1. Location - difficult to find even with sat nav2.   Good place to lodge

  Great place to lodge. The services and the rooms we had were great. The staff were super friendly and helpful in every way. WiFi connection was strong and the car park had lots of spots to use. The location is industrial but it’s like common for this type of hotel. Certainly worth it.

  We booked this hotel as part of a tour around northern France. We used Accor hotels in years gone by and have always had consistency. We know what to expect. This was part of a tour - we stayed in seven properties all told and this was the only bad one.To be fair the rooms were fine, the staff - apart from one - were friendly and helpful.The problem was the unhelpful one. Between us we have basic French and do our best.So we went for breakfast on the first morning - 8.30 as we wanted to set off at around 9ish to Versailles.There were no croissants, no baguettes, no jam, nutella or orange juice.At least half a dozen people complained before the woman got up and started to replenish the supplies.We eventually managed to get breakfast.On our way upstairs the woman approached us and started talking quite aggressively to us. We tried to explain - in French - that we were English, only speak a bit of French and could she repeat but slower.She tutted and walked off.We came back downstairs at 9.15 - my friends daughter planned to grab a croissants and juice while we loaded the bike. The woman was clearing the food away at 9.15 and wouldn't let her have anything.So we then had to go find breakfast for the child and by the time we were done it was too late to get to Versailles without being in horrendous queues.So our two night stay was a waste of time and money.And to top it all when we came back that night the woman was speaking perfect English to another couple.Breakfast the following day was pretty much the same - run out of food and had to wait, cutlery ran out so we had to eat fruit with fingers. The floor was sticky. And people complained until they got food We have never had problems with others in this chain - we use the budgets and styles and the odd f1But would definitely NOT recommend this hotel
