Location

I’m not used to rate a 1/5, but unfortunately in this case it is what I experienced. Very bad and small hotel, I booked it for a business trip because I had some meetings in the area and for sure I won’t come back. Very small, nice people in the lobby but the level of the structure is very low. I had to ask to fix the door card to open the room several times, I did’t eat anything at the breakfast because it was very poor. Tiny room but nice area

Hotel is located in a nice area, close to shops, restaurants and tube station.Simple breakfast but for the price, it's acceptable.Room is really small. Noisy place, that can hear other guests and from outside.Terrible lift, just for one person.It was expensive for the service offered. Stayed here for 2 nights during the Olympics. Lots of positives. It’s a good location without being too busy. A few minutes walk to the nearest Metro station, a supermarket opposite and lots of nice cafes, bars etc to sit in and watch the world go by. It was all very clean and the staff were very friendly. Good air conditioning in the room and nice fresh white towels and bedding. Decent black out curtains and quiet at night as the hotel is quite small. It all felt very safe.I know it was The Olympics so prices are going to be more but we paid almost £700 to stay here for 2 nights and it just didn’t warrant that. The rooms are extremely small and I wouldn’t want to stay for any longer than 2 nights. We had breakfast included in the price of our stay but it was hardly worth it. Not much choice at all. The beds were comfy enough but the pillows were horrendous. Our room wasn’t serviced so I had to ask for more clean towels. We had other family members who stayed for 5 nights and their rooms were serviced so it may have been as we only had a short stay. Overall, it was fine for what we needed but I wouldn’t rush back if I went to Paris again. It was a 4 days trip with my hubby on March 2022. Not really satisfied. The hotel room was the smallest that we have ever stayed. The bathroom was 1x1. The good thing was that the cleaning service was daily. The breakfast was basic. Not a big variety. We tried it only once. And we prepaid it for the whole stay before arrival. The next days we were having breakfast outside. A super market just next to the hotel. The metro station 3 min walking distance.

Refused to help me obtain a left item

The hotel confirmed via email that they had an item of mine that I left. They told me it would be 60 Euros to send it back. My trip insurance wants me to file a loss report with the hotel in order to file a claim. I have emailed the hotel and the parent company, Accor, several times to file this report but they are totally ignoring me and the Accor office's emails.
