Experience the hotel for yourself, don’r rely solely on these reviews…..

    rating20 Mar 2026

Just going to say that we had booked this hotel and only a week before I read the reviews on here, I wanted to cancel as they gave me really bad anxiety as to what we were going to. Now don’t get me wrong it’s no Hilton hotel however for 2 or 3 nights for the price it’s fine. Our room was clean, they clean the rooms every day. Was it dated ? Yes. Was it lacking in some facilities in the room? Yes but it served its purpose. The socket was positioned too close to the top of the desk in the room which meant our adapter wouldn’t fit and had to buy one down stairs…..the breakfast was decent, filled you up! And the entrance contrary to most reviews is not difficult to find at all considering it’s lined with wee lights. Yes it can smell a wee bit but not any worse than some of the train stations and people that have commented on the graffiti….what place doesn’t have that? Brilliant location for the train - takes you right into the city centre. Lovely wee bakery round the corner. Staff were lovely.

Avoid at all costs a let down to the Accor brand.

Where to start… upon approach to the hotel we were met with an outside barely functioning lift (which later completely stopped working when we attempted to leave) that was dirty and covered with graffiti. The walk from the lift across the open concrete space in front of the hotel was unpleasant. It smelt dirty, there was litter and cones spread about and people hanging around. It looked like the inside of a poorly maintained tower block. The reception area was pleasant and the staff were polite and helpful. We were given a key to the room and went upstairs. The room was tiny, there were a few random paper cups dotted around, the bedside shelf was broken, sockets with smashed plastic that looked dangerous. The walls were heavily damaged and it was filthy. There were clumps of hair and strange bodily material around, loads of dust and hair on the toilet. There was no fridge, safety deposit, kettle or any real amenity that you would expect from a three star. There is no way this can meet 3* standards and it was completely misold. We checked out again as we felt it was unsafe and not pleasant enough to stay. We were unable to get a refund due to the pre booked rate but it still did not convince us to stay. Avoid at all costs a let down to the Accor brand.

Not a good hotel to stay.

    rating21 Dec 2025

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.The room was extremely outdated and felt like it had not been renovated since the 1970s.The bathroom had a constant bad smell. The same unpleasant smell filled the room.Cleanliness was poor and the room did not feel hygienic or well maintained. The bed was very uncomfortable and made sleeping difficult.Noise was a major problem.Guests were running in the corridors late at night and making loud noise. The walls are very thin and every sound could be heard clearly. The hotel staff did nothing and showed no concern for other guests trying to sleep. The experience at reception was also very disappointing. We arrived early and the receptionist asked us to scan a barcode. He did not explain what it was for. After scanning it, we later realized a 5 star review had been submitted in our name without our consent. This felt misleading and dishonest.Overall, the stay was stressful and unacceptable.I will never stay at an Ibis hotel in Paris again and I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

    Good for no-frills business trip.

    rating16 Oct 2025

This hotel worked for a business trip where all I needed was a room. The location is not straightforward if you are navigating from the Metro. The stairs that you should take from the street to the main entrance smelled like urine and did not feel safe at night. The location is good with the park next door and many food, grocery, cafe options very close. It was easy to anchor here while working around Paris for a good price.

    Great hotel

    rating14 Oct 2025

Just back from a 2 night stay at this Ibis, well we had a lovely time all the staff where great no communication difficulties the man on reception at the evening was fabulous helped us out alot and gave us great advice. Yes if your looking for a fancy nancy hotel this isn't for you but a clean hotel and friendly staff what else can you ask for. The bathroom is small but adequate aswell as the room, your there to enjoy Paris so the room is literally only slept in. The elevator up to the hotel ok isn't the cleanest but your in and out within minutes. Breakfast was lovely plenty to choose from unless your exceptionally picky then you'll find something to eat. The hotel is very close to some lovely restaurant and bakers and supermarkets every person we met in all these shops where lovely. Don't worry if you arrive early you can leave your luggage in a locked room and the staff give you a ticket to get it back once you've checked in. I will most definitely stay here again when back in Paris.
