    On the positive side, the location of the Hotel and the lobby downstairs. On the negative side, the price, quite high, the tiny size of the rooms where walking around the bed becomes a problem if you are two people. Forget it if you have bulky luggage. The shower room is tiny too. All the equipment is very dated and could do with a change. Unconfortable beddings too. We chose this Hotel for a family reunion at the occasion of a wedding in Paris. Most of us travelled very long distance to get there. And this choice was definitely a mistake.

    The hotel is very nice and the staff extremely helpful. Only downside for me is the bed being too soft and the mattress moving and sliding off the bed. Toilet difficult to manoeuvre. Breakfast very good.

    We stayed for two days and unfortunately the room was not cleaned at all during our stay. The bedsheets were never changed and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. This made the experience quite uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

    I spent my birthday night at Ibis Bastille Opera and it was the best present my friend could have got me. People who work there are amazing, welcoming and have always a smile on their face which is one of the first thing you bring home after a vacation. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and once I got into the room I found balloons, cookies and a little birthday card from the staff. They do really care about their guests. I woke up the day after and had a delicious breakfast, with good coffee and various selection of food. The waiter and waitress made me start the day with the right mood. Thank you for this amazing and memorable experience.
