  The hotel itself was fine. Very standard, got the job done. The beds were comfortable enough and the bathroom & shower were decent. The room itself is very small, there’s only really enough room for a bed. The facilities are very basic, no fridge and whilst there is a hairdryer for some reason it’s cold? Be very careful when paying because the staff will try to charge you extra. My booking price said that taxes were included, but the staff at the hotel tried to charge me city tax on top of the total I was already given. They did eventually allow me to pay the price I booked the room for when they worked out the city tax cost was the same amount as what was mentioned on my email as being included in the price. Also be aware that the hotel will take a hold payment from the start of your visit - this is a large hold payment, which is still currently outstanding in my account despite having paid for my room and finished my visit. We never went to the bar but it looked ok, often very quiet.

  Ideal for Accor Arena

  The hotel is simple and the rooms are small but it was perfect for attending an event in the Accor Arena. It was about a 10 minute walk from it and is also right beside a lovely area with restaurants, bars and a cinema. We didn't get breakfast in the hotel but it seemed quite reasonable.   Very mess and awful experience for their booking system and customer service

  It is a very mess and awful experience for their booking system and customer service.Problem of system: No direction to the payment page to enter the code, directly failed the booking or show a false booking then cancel after a few hours without notification.Problem of call service: 1.   Disappointing stay

  Thankfully I only spent one night here. It was overpriced to say the least. The rooms were tiny and no safe. Toiletries were minimal, not even a box of tissues. They offer shampoo but no hair conditioner. The breakfast was disappointing. The area of Bercy Viklage is great with lots of restaurants and very close to the metro. Staff were very helpful.   A bit expensive for what you get

  This hotel is well located, and close to metro transportation to anywhere in the city.The hotel is fairly new and modernly decorated. Friendly and helpful staff, and generally clean.Room was tiny, no closet space, and no suitcase bench. Somewhat crowded. No ammenities, or minibar fridge, or safe. Guest get one towel each. We also took the breakfast deal, but the breakfast was a bit disappointing. Same menu every day. The coffee from the machine was terribe, could'nt drink it.
