  The room was very dirty, apparently not cleaned at all. The bed smelled of perfume... The lighting in the room was dim, so you couldn't see all the dirt. There weren't enough power outlets. The acoustics were very good; you could hear everything that was happening in other rooms and in the hallway.There were huge queues at the bar and restaurant.

  This hotel is near Orly airport but not at the airport as I had hoped. It was a bit of a walk to get there. It was also accessible via a free airport shuttle. In hindsight, given that I had an evening and half a day to spend in Paris, it would have made more sense to book a hotel in Paris rather than at the Airport. The Metro fee to and from Orly is 13 Euro so that does add up. However the hotel was good. The rooms are quite small but it was clean, comfortable and safe. The extra cost breakfast was good and I was able to store my luggage until my flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unless you have a tight layover, I would recommend booking a hotel in the city from a connivence perspective for access to the city but I don't have any complaints with this hotel.

  Never rent a car from Europcar Paris ORLY airport!

  Never rent a car from Europcar Paris ORLY! Europcar charged me an extra 274.12 euros for a different car. When I picked up my rental that was pre-paid via booking.com, the employee noticed that I was driving quite far (I picked up at the ORLY airport and dropped off at the NCE airport). She said she could move me to a hybrid car, which would use less gas, and would be half the cost of the car I had reserved. Since I can’t read French (which she was well aware of), I asked her where on the contract it showed the NEW (lower) cost of the rental, which she pointed to. Apparently, what she pointed to was the ADDITIONAL cost of the different car. This was clearly an intentional bait-and-switch, highly unethical. I asked Europcar to refund their up-charge and they ignored me. I will never do business with Europcar again and strongly discourage anyone else from using them.I also asked booking.com to intervene and they said they couldn't help me since I signed the contract showing the price. Note that the contract was in French, I don't read or speak French, and the French employee was fluent in English - again, she clearly was deceiving me, she probably got a nice commission for charging me more. I never would have agreed to an upgraded car had I known it would be 50% more. Terrible experience!!

  This is a budget travel airport hotel. It isn’t advertised as the nicest at Orly Airport, nor is it the cheapest. As a place to sleep that’s close to the airport and won’t break the bank, this meets expectations. But those expectations should be tempered. Everything costs extra, which didn’t surprise me but might if someone is hoping for any amenities.Pros: -cleanish, safe, I slept decently, when staff spoke to me (they were often very busy) they were polite.-at the airport.-the lounges looked nice.Cons: -challenging to get to from Orly/the train, even though it is seemingly a short distance from Orly 4. The signage at Orly is poor — if arriving, you need to head to Orly 4 and take a skybridge to the hotel. The shuttle from the airport drops you off a block and a half or so away from the hotel. This is a fine amount of walking, but the signage is unclear. Some of this is definitely Orly Airport’s responsibility but the hotel website should be more clear on directions.-thin walls between rooms— I kept thinking someone was trying to open my door but it was the room next to mine. -rooms in shabby to moderate condition. The 3-in-1 hand soap-shampoo-body wash pump in my bathroom was broken. Dingy rug. The climate controls did not work and so the room was muggy and warm the entire night.-unclear communication/charges at front desk. I was almost charged twice for my room, that I’d already paid for, at check in. It was only after objecting, showing my emailed receipt, and explaining to the polite front desk clerk (who then had to talk with a manager?) that the issue was clarified and I was charged for city taxes only.In the end: Got sleep and was able to catch an early flight.
