Good value for easy Trip, Very friendly staff

    rating19 Feb 2026

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The staff were attentive and very friendly. The rooms are small, simple, clean, and comfortable, suitable for budget travelers. However, I think it's time for some renovations; some parts are showing wear and tear, such as cracked walls and wooden floors. There are also very few amenities – a TV but no refrigerator or kettle. The bed was comfortable. Outside the hotel, there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Importantly, it's close to the Moulin Rouge, a world-class cabaret show, and major attractions in the Montmartre district, all within walking distance. If you want to save money and don't need much luxury, I recommend staying here. Uber is readily available, and the hotel is close to the metro, making it easy to travel to key locations in Paris.

Great location and service. Tremendous value in the heart of the Pigalle. Still a great choice with legendary staff interaction! It is not sustainable, it is cheap! Pathetic

    rating04 Jan 2026

An absolute dumpster fire of a hotel. Avoid at all costs."This place is a disgrace. I booked two rooms and both were absolute iceboxes—the heating is non-existent. When I complained to the incompetent staff, their brilliant 'solution' was to offer me a room with a view of a 'beautiful cemetery.' Is that a joke? Are you trying to tell me where I'll end up after freezing to death in your rooms?Basic amenities are zero. There isn't a single trash can in the rooms or the reception, so expect to live in your own filth. They ration towels like it’s a prison (one tiny rag per person) and apparently, cups for water are too much of a luxury to ask for. Pathetic Caroline LANGEVIN, Other at Ibis Paris Montmartre Sacre-Coeur, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am truly sorry for the experience you describe. What you faced is far from the standards we aim to provide, and I fully understand your frustration. We did indeed experience heating issues recently due to a maintenance problem, and I sincerely regret that your rooms were too cold during your stay. This should have been handled with far more care and clarity from our team.Regarding amenities, our rooms include a single trash bin located in the bathroom, and two towels are provided per room by standard, with the possibility to request additional ones at reception at any time. I am sorry if this was not properly communicated. Your comments about the service you received and the inappropriate handling of your request are particularly concerning and will be discussed with our team.If you are willing, I would appreciate the opportunity to look into your stay in more detail. You may contact me directly at h0697-qm@accor.com so we can address this properly. We sincerely hope to have the chance to welcome you again in much better conditions.Célestin – Quality Manager

Great Location. Great Value. Basic Accommodation.Good Breakfast.

    rating23 Dec 2025

Firstly, we go to Paris every year, sometimes twice and over the last 20 years, it has become very expensive! We have stayed at this hotel on three occasions and have been happy every time. The greeting is friendly, this year we have Room 709 (view of the courtyard) I prefer to be overlooking the cemetery as it's quiet (obviously). The rooms are generic IBIS rooms, double bed, mirror, tv, chair, good size for a couple of nights and a bathroom which has a good shower. Wifi is good. Only two sockets in the room, but who needs more?! The room was really warm, I would have liked to open the window more (they are wired for safety, so open around four inches) but, it was fine. The room was clean and totally comfortable for the price. We slept well both nights and had breakfast, which is served on the first floor. The dining room is clean, the staff are friendly, there is so much choice, breads, salad, cereals, juices, hot drinks, meats, cheeses, fruit, sausages, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, jams, etc There is a small bar too and it has a small but value menu for food too. You can also buy hots drinks from a coffee machine in the hallway and fresh water is available. The location is great if you want to be in this vibrant, busy area with bars, restaurants, shops which stay open until the early hours, some as late at 4am and of course, the Moulin Rouge. It also has great Metro access, the nearest is Place de Clichy (2 minute walk), this gives you access to the whole of the metro system in Paris (even Charles De Gualle Airport)You can walk to Montmartre and Sacre Coeur which is around 20 minutes, but you're walking through cobbled streets which are full of boulangaries, cafes, restaurants, vintage shops, florists, jewellers, bakeries and so much more! A wander to Rue des Abbesses is a must to see the 'Love Wall', this is also a short walk. When we stay here, we always pop into 'Flunch' which is a canteen style restaurant which a lot of the locals use, it's great value for money and serves some great homely food. We like this hotel, we have a comfortable stay and the price is always competitive. We would recommend it for a budget stay in Paris. Caroline LANGEVIN, Other at Ibis Paris Montmartre Sacre-Coeur, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. I do not recommend

    rating02 Sept 2025

This place is basically a prison with curtains. Every window stares straight into a depressing backyard—forget Montmartre, the Eiffel Tower, or even a buzzing street. Your options are: cemetery view or jungle view. Caroline LANGEVIN, Other at Ibis Paris Montmartre Sacre-Coeur, responded to this review Dear guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and that the view from your room contributed to this disappointment. Our hotel is located in a residential part of Montmartre, and depending on the side of the building, some rooms overlook the courtyard while others face the cemetery. We understand that this may not suit everyone, and your feeling is entirely valid. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in more suitable conditions.Célestin – Quality Manager
