    Stayed at this hotel because I had to leave early to Lyon for work and the location is very strategic only 15 minutes to reach the main train station Gare de Lyon. Rooms are very comfortable. Hot drinks are complimentary. Cast members are super friendly and helfpul thanks Chaima, Cristel, Chloé, Malik & co. Breakfast is delicious, I found food that I like, French Madeleine & chouquettes, chia seeds with youghurt, brown bread...Thanks Keep on shining guys...

    The room is so small we have to climb into bed from the bottom of the bed. We are both small people and I wonder what would happen if you are on the large side. I can submit photo of the room.We booked to stay for 4 nights and the first 2 nights , I had to go and asked for clean towels as no one bothered to clean our room even thought we requested it. The waste bin is full up the top and again no one emptied it but this time just put clean towels on the bed. I appreciate Ibis is a basic hotel, cheap and cheerful but not having your sheets changed and room clean after 2 days stay is really not very good. The manager ( I suppose he is as he is always there) was helpful and gave me clean towels .The coffee machine has been out of order for 24 hours and again the manager was very helpful as he went to the kitchen and put the kettle on for my hot water.I think I will think twice before I consider staying at ibis again.
