This charming city hotel is located close to Paris and Villepinte. Within 300 m of the hotel are links to the public transport system, which can easily be reached on foot. St. Quen Metro station is around 500 m from the hotel.     Very well located Hotel in the midst of a busy area but away from the traffic in a corner in a small lane. I did not have breakfast or food at the hotel but several good restaurants Indian/ Moroccan/ Turkish/ Continental fast food .Very helpful Front Desk Always to help you and guide you. Nearest Metro Stations are Garibaldi and Porte De St Ouen .Sleep quality is good without any disturbance . Rooms are reasonably big in comparison to other hotels in Paris. Tea CoffeeMaker provided in Room.

    Avoid this hotel like a plague

    Horrible hotel in a shady area in Paris. Avoid as much as you can. Their AC doesn’t work and despite of you adjusting it, its keeps at 25 celsius. Internet is bad too, almost non existence .Rooms are tiny and only has 2 twin beds and hard as a rock. The carpet smelled so bad.Staff there are rude. We were in a group tour and I asked to bring some croissant as we cant sit eat breakfast as our tour leaves at 7 pm. The man who is in the dining area refused to give me and he said it’s not my problem that you cant eat.Place is shady and far from everything. I will not recommend this place. Find another place and pay a tad more.

    No words to describe a horrible stay

    This was one of the worst hotels we stayed in, asked them to help us turn the aircon on as it wasn’t working at all an was broken, got told that because it was cold outside they have closed the aircon vents from working in all rooms. An they won’t turn it on. Thank god there was a window, so we opened the window an woke up with getting bitten by mosquitoes as our room was near all the trees.We had a stain on our bed and the corners on the room were falling apart.Even went to other people’s room we were hanging with an their room was the same.The breakfast was terrible. There was another coach bus staying the same night an they were so disgustingly inconsiderate the filled up all their plates with all the food an left our group with nothing. Because they didn’t consider everyone that stayed there wasnt enough food for everyone. Fruit was off, juice machine had run out.

    Filth! Slept on dirty sheets from other guests!

    Stay away of this filthy hotel! I was about to go to bed on my first night when I notice a few hairs on the pillow. Then, I opened the bed and I counted tens of hairs on the sheets! I couldn't believe they didn't switch sheets after the previous guests! That's not acceptable in any level, especially during a pandemic! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life including a few in the jungle and I have never seen anything as dirty as this hotel in Paris. I contacted the hotel regarding this issue and they were incredibly rude and disrespectful and they have never apologised! Don't ruin your trip by staying here!

    The hotel itself is relatively modern, but I would say it’s located in a rough area of Paris. The street where it’s located, almost every car parked has been broken into, with smashed windows. Breakfast is good, but the only foods cooked are eggs and sausages. The waiters at the restaurant are very friendly and smiley but one of the reasons that I give this a 2 star rating is because the old women at reception was very unkind and rude. She would appear as friendly to the other guests telling them “have a good day” as they leave the hotel, but we didn’t get any of this from her, not even a smile. Maybe because we are youth from England (all the other guests we saw were from other countries), but I don’t know. However the other receptionist was a lovely man who was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable to sleep in and very clean. Would recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget.
