Location

This tastefully decorated hotel offers exclusive living style as well as a high level of comfort. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     I was really let down by the hotel standards. Definately not a 4 star hotel. More of a 2 star.Staff was however very nice and helpful. The only good thing about it.Hotel is very noisy, cars , trains, sirens day and night. Maintenance there is inexistent. Very untidy. Dull coridors. Low shower pressure. More serious things, lots of mould all around the windows, and the roof on top of the windows, peeling wallpaper, dirty bathroom. Noticed exterior of the toilet was not cleaned properly, it remained so, even after staying there for five days, with the cleaner coming every day. I was really let down by the Hotel standards of France, and how nobody checks, nobody. The hotel seems to be managed by nobody. France standards seem to match those of a third world country, honestly. Not impressed at all!!

    Room was good, but the reception staff and bar staff extremely rude. I was told there was a free ice machine on floor 7 but apparently not when I ask for ice they were even ruder. Also it was nearly impossible to get teabags and milk. Only positive thing is the beds are comfy which is a good after the headache the staff give you

    We had a 3 night stay, room was clean and the bed was spacious, there was no shower screen or curtain so each time we used the shower the bathroom got soaked, the kettle leaked as you tried to pour from it. The lifts were grubby and had plates with food in the corridors, it was still there the next day.The guy working in the bar was very efficient and worked hard, but he looked miserable and did not smile once. Reception staff all helpful and welcoming. There was an option to pay €10 for coffee and fruit and pastries at breakfast, we wish we hadn't bothered, the pastries and coffee on offer was fine but the lady who worked in the breakfast room ruined it, literally following us around and watching what we was putting on our plates and constantly shouting at us that we are only allowed 1 pastry each (was sold to us as unlimited pastries) but to be fair 1 was enough, then we got shouted at again and was told we had 5 minutes left before it closes, we decided to just leave at this point because we had become a bit of a spectacle for the other diners, all I can say is dont bother, it was an embarrassing situation and not necessary, this lady was clearly not happy in her job and has zero customer service skills.My advice is to give this hotel a miss.

    Excellent hotel if you are working around this not very friendly business area but conveniently located near Paris Orly Airport. The room was perfectly cleaned and well maintained, bathroom was compliant with hygiene requirements and equipped with good quality towels and NUXE cosmetic products. I had a room on 7th floor on city side, very quiet and comfortable. I would only highlight the fact that the breakfast price is too expensive for what it is, with few hot dishes and poor choices of products. Only the tea was nice. Additionally it would great if this hotel has a shoe polishing machine.

    This hotel was very clean. Receptionist a little unwelcoming, not sure if he didn't talk to much English. No name badge either. Didn't show us how to get to our room. Other than that the stay was really nice. Clean room as well. Only thing that let the room down was, it doesn't have a ceiling light at all. Very welcoming at breakfast even know again no name badge by some of the men that greeted us. The women on breakfast every nice and a little funny 😁. Selection on breakfast was ok but I am not sure being from England was expecting some more hot food. Didn't eat the sausage or bacon as was smoked and didn't taste nice to me.I would stay again.
