  Super little hotel in a beautiful village 💫

  Great location in the centre of the town with simple parking (best to reserve) at a good price. Very helpful on reception with quick responses to our requests such as new pillows and more towels. Lovely clean rooms and communal areas - in fact everything was pristine. Breakfast was continental with egg options. We didn’t have any other food or drinks but there was quite a nice menu abailablr. Given 4 stars not 5 because of the noise on two of the nights. I’m not sure if there was a pub/club near as it was quite raucous outside with singing and shouting. Admittedly not the hotel’s fault but just something to be aware of.

  Very poor front desk staff and worn rooms!

  Furniture badly worn and ugly decor in a dark stuffy room. Zero welcome from the receptionist. He then insisted three times that the room had a double bed.. We know, we told him, that’s what we booked. This was a disgraceful and very ugly humiliation for a same sex couple that should never ever happen in 2023. For shame Groupe Accor! For shame!   Excellent stay tight in the heart of St Germain en Laye

  Quiet rooms despite being in the heart of the city. Air-conditioning is effective and QUIET. Rooms are new/refurbished which makes for a comfortable stay. All the doors have dampers which makes a change from the usual slamming as people leave their rooms.Breakfast is your usual fare but not bad. Parking is very convenient although signage to the hotel is no existentLocation is excellent within walking distance of restaurants and the Chateau I'll be back

  Probably the best Ibis I've stayed in. The staff were friendly and our room was very clean. The hotel had a small feel to it, which was nice for a chain hotel. The beds were more comfortable than the British Ibis' i have stayed in recently. The location was perfect- right by the centre of St Germain. We had originally made plans to go into Paris more, but St Germain was so nice that we stayed local alot more than we had thought we would.

  Just what you would expect and want from an IBIS

  We spent 3 quiet and cool nights here in the midst of a MAJOR heatwave and we were pleased with our stay.The room was quiet and cool. The staff were friendly; and the breakfast was just what we needed on our last day - THANK YOU!There were three of us staying in the room, which made it a bit tight, but as we were just there for sleeping and resting that was fine. While the bathroom is compact, we all liked the shower. It is a good one.The hotel is just one block from the main street in Saint German en Laye, so it is well located and easy to find.
