    Rooms are absolutely disgusting, we stayed friday-monday and our rooms didn’t get cleaned once. The bathroom was filled with mould and i’m pregnant so had to be careful when showering and not let it get to condensated. The floors were so dirty filled with dust, the picture of the towel is when we wiped the floors, we explained this to the staff and they said just to put a complaint in and not done anything about it. The location was the only good thing. Pictures look nothing like the hotel. There is also no room to move about in your room it’s absolutely tiny

    Shocking, do not book. Filthy, dirty, blocked loos, no hot water for 2 days. They have denied any issues. How on earth they have passed any health and safety checks, is beyond me.

    Good!Great place to relax after a great day of walking/explore Paris.Great Clean Room, Clean beds, Just The Bathroom are too tight.Great localization (about 100 meters of Cambrone Metro Station), and near Eiffel Tower.Great cost x benefit.

    Arrived just after 12 noon as confirmation email stated check in from 12 to be told email was wrong and we couldn’t check in till 2pm. On return was told card ‘maker’ wasn’t working so staff had to let us into our rooms for the duration of our stay. Room smelt of sewage, particularly strong in the shower room. Room very basic more worthy of 2 star rather than 3. Breakfast included - no welcome to breakfast room - left to fathom out where to get plates, cups etc. Orange juice ran out. Overall not a nice experience.
