    We are a group of 20 and have half of the rooms then told us check in was either 3pm or 5 pm or even 7pm when it’s a group and couldn’t finish check inAir conditioning NOT working in any room

    The staff anre generally unfriendly. I said my room was too cold. She said “ It can’t be changed” I asked for another blanket. Very annoyed, she assigned me a new room. Room is quiet IF you have earplugs. Bed is good. Food offered is WAY overpriced.No one tells you that you can easily access the tram to terminals 1&2. Not worth the money.

    We got done what we needed — we were able to sleep for a few hours and take a basic shower after a transatlantic flight in a room on a day rate. I wouldn’t stay here any longer than that, though. The hotel is quite rundown — the building itself, and all the interiors. The paint and furniture were cracked and peeling. It’s clear the place has taken a lot of abuse. That’s not surprising given how small the rooms are — we had a room for 3 that was so small you could only open the door to the room halfway, because it hit the end of the beds.

    I stayed one night at his hotel to catch a morning flight. The name style is a great smoke screen... this place has absolutely no style from the facility to the restaurant, the breakfast and the front desk I tried to call the reception from an outside line and nobody took the time to reply. I will ensure I will never stay again at this hotel and any other from this hotel chain!
