    My daughter and I were treated excellent and us feel home by the IHG crew - Jeremy, Ismael, Rocio! We missed lunch one day and they offered to bring snacks to our room cuz the sushi place is not open til dinner. They're all so helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. I can't wait to visit again!     The hotel is perfectly located just a block from the Champs-Elysées. There are several different restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets around the hotel so there are plenty of dinning options. There is even the Atelier Joël Robuchon Champs Elysées.The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond to assist me throughout my stay.My only concerns were that there are no amenities at the hotel (a spa/ lounge or other communal spaces for relaxing). Additionally, the rooms are VERY small. We had a room with a king size bed and it took up the majority of the room. With this being said the staff and location make it a good choice for a stay in Paris.     My husband and I had an amazing stay on the Intercontinental Paris - Champs-Elysees Etoile. From the moment we walked through the door, the entire staff made us instantly feel welcomed and went above and beyond, including a very special birthday surprise in our room when we arrived. During our entire stay, the staff was available to help with any support needed, including restaurant reservations, recommendations on the best places to see, eat, transportation, etc. We travel extensively and have experienced exceptional, good, and unfortunately poor service. This property falls under "exceptional" in every category! The true point of difference was the staff that took the extra step in the most sincere way to ensure we were happy during our stays. In addition, the two suites that we stayed were exceptional (i.e., we stayed here during the front and back end of our trip)...including the comfort, amount of space, the view of the Eiffel Tower, the amenities, etc. In addition, the location is perfect....close to attractions and the Seine but also on more quiet avenue. Every staff member we had the pleasure of meeting were wonderful -- Mattieu, Samir, Franck, Ismael, Antoine, and Jeremie (the best Concierge in Paris!)! We look forward to our next stay in Paris at this wonderful hotel!
