  Staying at JK place was an absolutely spectacular experience. The hotel and the room and particularly the staff were all superlative. I cannot think of a single improvement. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  Lovely Quaint Luxury in a Great Location

  Stayed here for a long weekend in late April and loved it! It's a smaller, quiet hotel with very attentive staff - everyone was so warm and helpful from the front desk and bartending staff to housekeeping. They even refrigerated our butter for us! Our room was the perfect size: walk in closet, seating area, and small balcony just outside of French doors. The bathroom was also great: separate water closet with French doors, a large shower, double vanity, and heated floors. Bed was very comfortable and the fresh fruit and bottled water was a great treat every time our room was refreshed.The location is also great: you're in walking distance to Musée D'Orsay, plenty of cafes, and the Louvre if you don't mind a 15 minute walk.   I have traveled to many storied properties over the years. A nod to J.K. Place Paris.J.K. Place Paris quickly surpassed my expectation. It is unassuming from the outside but upon entry, the atmosphere is warm but sophisticated. You are greeted by an eager but elegant staff. The manager and his team were all a wonderful mix of present and assertive about their “welcome home” message, without it being schmaltzy or over the top. They truly thread the needle perfectly.Aside from the effective welcome, they immediate jump to service, which in my instance required some impromptu food before running out to a meeting. A delicious club sandwich made of fresh grilled chicken and chopped vegetables with crispy warm bacon was in my room within 15 minutes. It was truly impressive. This was an off hour request with a limited timeframe and they handled it with ease and gracefully.As our stay continued, the effortless feeling of warmth and appreciation continued to permeate the property. It’s simply run by good people and they seem to have hired people who want to be there. At all turns we encountered friendly and effective service.In my other experiences with hotels that feel this intimate, often a level of service is lost. Not a J.K. Place Paris. The floors are limited and the halls are small, but the service is present. They clearly care. It’s notable at every turn.The hotel itself is only a few years old and is in quite nice shape. Common areas are well kept and stylish. The rooms are charming and feel modern with historic flare. The two rooms I saw were both quite clean and well kept. Notably, the bathrooms were very well done. They were both stylish and again, clean and rich.From color scheme to choice of furniture, the decor is well appointed and feels traditional in a sense. Lack of closet space could be a small critique but frankly that’s being nit picky amidst a back drop of some very pretty and clean accommodations.Prior to staying at J.K. Place Paris I was not familiar with the brand. This experience was excellent and I would certainly consider their other properties based upon the precedent Paris has set.Additional accreditation for the concierge service who was extremely patient and helpful pre-arrival. I had a number of requests, changes to those requests, and last minutes cancels due to work conflicts. The concierge team was responsive, patient and understanding. Thank you!In summary, this hotel was not on my radar and I stayed here on a whim. That said, I would certainly stay there again and highly recommend it. Thank you J.K. Team!Job well done.   A lovely and memorable stay

  My husband and I recently stayed for 7 nights at JK place Paris. We loved it! This is our 10th visit to Paris. It has been impossible to find a luxury hotel on the Left Bank.The hotel is located a couple of blocks away from Musee d'Orsay, a serene neighborhood, and from the 'Assembly National', a secure one. Unlike the St. Germain area which is too commercial.The hotel design is beautiful while not opulent. Instead, it speaks understated, refined luxury. Vases of lovely flowers everywhere. Style and class. We appreciate that the hotel gate is locked at night. One rings a doorbell after returning from dinner and the night shift attendant runs out to open it.It is a tightly run ship. The hotel (assistant?) manager Monsieur Guillaume was ever quietly present.We inquired about purchasing distilled, not purified, water prior to arrival. Voila! We find 7 bottles of distilled water awaiting us in the room.Our room was like a jewel box. Touches of luxury were the heated bathroom floor, heated towel rack and lighted makeup mirror. Elegantly laid out tea, coffee and snacks.At the hotel restaurant Casa Tua:Breakfast - Oh the quality croissants, Chausson Aux Pommes... One may order every item on the menu and it shows up beautifully prepared and presented on beautiful China.For lunch, we got delicate green salad perfectly dressed and excellent focaccia.At dinner, the ambience completely changes- tall tapered candles - to a romantic and cozy atmosphere. We indulged in a decadently rich pasta al Fredo. There were groups of guests relaxing and having a good time in their favorite corners.It is important that a hotel has a quality restaurant. It relieves the pressure of constantly dining out, and the annoyance of dining in subpar restaurants on Sundays in Paris.At this hotel, one feels totally relaxed. The clients were sophisticated but not ostentatiously dressed. In the inviting lounges, a couple chatting over a pot of tea, a lady enjoying her glass of wine and plate of Cacio e Pepe.We were pampered by our hostess Alexandra at breakfast and lunch. We finally got the perfect omelette baveuse!! She taught me the proper pronunciation of some French words. We were greeted each morning by Sabina's beautiful smile. We had a hilarious time chatting with Angelo, the F&B manager.Above all, we appreciate the gracious and genuine hospitality of Monsieur Guillaume. He is a host who made us feel welcomed, and delighted us through many conversations. Thank you!We hope that as the JK brand expands, this jewel never loses its luster. JK Place Paris, Ventes at J.K.
