  Simple, clean and convenient.

  This Kyriad is conveniently located for travellers in Fontainebleau, in a neighborhood with restaurants, shops and a market. The hotel has open parking, the room is small but clean and with narrow, but very good single beds. The breakfast is simple but of good quality. The staff is friendly and helpful.   Visiting Ile de France to see our children and grandchildren, staying in Brunoy and Moissy-Cramayel, we chose the Kyriad hotel in Combs-la-Ville-Sénart, 4 rue René Dumont, which was at the intersection of the two cities and at the crossroads of the major Ile-de-France roads of the N104 and the N6. Our stay of 4 nights from 25 to 29/09/2025, in a superior room of 19 m2, n° 122. The standard room is 16 m2. Hotel business center under new construction, 70 rooms, soundproofed, comfortable, modern, including 3 PMR. Quality bedding, memory pillows, free high-speed wifi access, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and toiletries, courtesy tray, desk, flat screen TV. Hotel business center with a meeting room or seminar room, modular, a friendly lounge area, with TV area, a snak-bar-lounge, a Berr-bar, a breakfast room, continental, buffet , at will, with Frizen Yogurt, a terrace, an outdoor parking, private secure, with PMR spaces. A welcoming smiling and helpful, speaking 4 languages. No restaurant but a partnership agreement with the restaurant opposite, La Boucherie, which grants 10% discount to guests staying at the Kyriad hotel, and we went there for 3 dinners. A rating of €469.64, at the member-flexible rate, with accommodation, breakfast and tourist tax. A small flaw in the situation of the car GPS that does not recognize the address but recognizes Albert Einsten street, which leads to it and then the hotel is arrowed.   We had an absolutely amazing time at Kyriad Combs la Ville Sénart. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.   Good hotel with great breakfast buffet outside the city center of Paris

  This is a great hotel outside the city center of Paris. The closest subway station (Lieusaint - Moissy) is 5 min drive and has a big, free parking. The hotel itself has also a nice and spacy parking. The rooms are big (especially if you go for a triple room with 2 persons). The bathroom is big and clean, the beds are good. Personnel is friendly and check-in/out was very smooth. The biggest plus of this hotel is probably the big and good breakfast buffet (even with frozen yoghurt) but there also plenty of restaurants in walking distance for lunch or dinner.   Very poor experience at Kyriad

  Very poor experience at this Kyriad hotel. As we arrived in the afternoon we were informed the air conditioning in entire hotel is broken (27 degrees outside). Then we were asked if we wanted to pay to add breakfast! (how about free breakfast as compensation of some sort... nope). No compensation and no idea when AC will be fixed. The room was satisfactory for the price/value. We stayed out late purposefully and arrived back at midnight. Still no air conditioning. Opened the windows for air, and listened to young men squealing tires of their cars driving at 50kmph in circles in the parking lot. About 2am they stopped that and began a basketball game... yelling and smashing the ball against the fence until 5am. This is not a safe place to stay from all we experienced. A poor apology at check-out. No compensation for anything.
