    Poor hotel

    Hotel was in the middle of an industrial estate surrounded by warehouses and lorries. It was not an area you could walk around. Rooms were in poor condition. 1st room we were given smelt and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. 2nd room we were given was slightly better however the water stopped working and we were given a key to use the bathroom in the room next door. In my opinion this was a motel used for truckers. I would not advise anybody to stay here. Very disappointed and surprised it was on booking.com which I use regularly.     Charged three times for one night’s stay, staff clueless, have filled the complaint, awaiting refunds!!!     Disappointing

    I found the room rather disappointing and depressing. There was no waste bin, no spoons for the tea / coffee, very limited selection and quantity of tea and coffee, not enough milk, and poor / very unreliable wifi / internet. The staff were, however, quite helpful and pleasant. The smells from what I assume is a nearby sewage treatment plant were overpowering when outside; luckily not in the room.     What can I say this is the worst hotel I have stayed in floor in room rotten door rotten bathroom needs ripping out in fact the whole hotel needs renovation Wi-fi non existent kettle in room rusty so unable to use no hairdryer best bet is to stear clear of this campanile

    The Hotel Looks really terrible. It needs urgent a renovation.For 3 Stars this was the most terrible Location i have seen this year.Also the rooms are in a bad condition.The bath had a lot of damages and the room was not cleaned over the two days. The Money i have payed was really not the worth for this Hotel.
