    I didn’t choose to stay at this hotel. I was sent here when my airline cancelled my flight. My expectations were not high and they were met. From the outside the hotel looks grubby and depressing. It doesn’t seem to have had any money spent on it for a while. Inside it is equally as dated. However, the rooms were basic but clean and the staff were very polite and keen to help. The restaurant next door is excellent. The real downside was the location of my room which was right above the kitchen of the restaurant. There was loud noise until midnight and as I had a very early start the next day, I was not amused!     Hotel is perfect for overnight but nothing else. Room spartan but clean. Appreciated the pleasant English speaking agent and desk clerk (Anne). It is better than the worn, dilapidated, exterior .There is NO food here, except breakfast. Attached restaurant is seafood chain which we can not recommend.     Worst experience in my entire travel life

    Worst experience in my travel history. I’ve been stayed at more than 100 different hotels in the world and this was the terrible. Room was not been used by anyone since long so bad smell in the room. Carpet was smelling and dirty, insects were there on carpet and bed. We asked to change the room but they rejected Inspite of having rooms available with them (I checked online). We were having a flight early in the morning so I booked this hotel so that we can take a nap before boarding but we couldn’t. Bathroom was so dirty, no flush was working. There was no staff at reception who can speak English. Please never ever book this hotel, better to stay at airport.     HOT SUMMER NIGHT: POOR AIR CONDITIONING

    My first impression was a deteriorated hotel exterior and a Front Desk area that smelled bad. The main issue, however, was that the air conditioning in the room was deficient, so we contacted the Front Desk and the staff member offered us another room that had the same issue and in addition, the AC was very noisy. The employee explained that the whole hotel has the same AC which is insufficient. I asked to speak to a manager or be transferred to another hotel and he said that we can talk to the manager the next morning. I explained I needed to sleep in a cool room that night, but he said there is nothing else he could do other than offer a third room, which we ended up accepting because we were exhausted and frustrated. Conclusion: there was no decision-maker at the hotel at 7 pm. The employee at the Front Desk was polite but had no authority to resolve the issue. Please note I had called the hotel prior to the trip to make sure they had air conditioning, and they said yes. I should have asked if it was working properly too! I do not recommend this hotel.     My flight from Easy Jet was cancelled and there were no more flights available that night. Easy Jet set us up in this hotel at no cost to us. The staff were the absolute best!!!! I would go back to stay there on my own. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
