  This is not a fancy place. The rooms are small and the bathrooms need attention. The food in the restaurant is good. The staff at the front desk (afternoon and the guy who works the overnight shift) are great and they are the best feature at this hotel.   a bit disappointing

  The image of the superior room on the internet and the sent reservation forms does not match the room being offered. The photo shows the room for people with disabilities. In the room we were given the garbage can was not emptied and the toilet was not cleaned. We stayed 4 nights and the coffee facilities were supplemented by someone from the reception after asking. The water in the minibar was not topped up. So what is the added value ???At the settlement a commercial gesture was done by giving 2 breakfasts for free. The staff was always willing to help us and was very friendly. So we are a bit disappointed after a good experience in the same hotel.   I travel to Paris area for work Evry two week. This place is well located around st Quentin en Yvelines business area and very sera the Chateau de Versailles.   Lack of cleanliness and maintenance

  When you think that a good location (go walking to the work) can replace other confort issues, in this case do not think so.Room had shaved hair of the previous user, male hair in the shower and pillow.Dirty spots everywhere, and the room maintenance has been forgotten.The bed was comfortable, the light is poor.And if the room was not good, the service reception was poor too. The received invoice did not include the previous payment, through internet. When I check my credit card, the charge was higher than the booking. When I claimed, the invoice was issued with the charged price, including a breakfast, not requested and not used. I am still claiming a return of my money an a new invoice. Most probable, I will have to escalate to Kyriad managemen.Next time, I will book better hotel at longer distance.   The room had shave hair in the bathroom and male hair in theshower.Spots around the room and poor maintenance.You pay the room through internet without breakfast, and they charge you the breakfast.When you leave the invoice is only for the taxes, and nothing about the payment in internet.Still I am requesting the invoice to the hotel.
