    Hotel Kyriad Viry-Châtillon - DO NOT BOOK EVER REGARDLESS OF PRICE

    To know that I paid €77 a night for this makes my heart ache and my stomach turn, this is by a long way the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, I've paid €30 a night in Hostels and had better accommodation, I have only stayed there my first of four nights, that was last night and I'm literally scared of going back there. There is a high probability that I will catch some bed bug of some sort, approaching the Hotel is life threatening, the receptionist even asked me to go and take my car out of the free car park which is at the back of the Hotel because it's NOT A GOOD IDEA......I will now write a complaint e-mail to the reception and the Hotel Group to see what can be done, never been this disappointed. hotel kyriad viry chatillon, Other at Hotel Kyriad Viry-Chatillon, responded to this review Dear customer,We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations.     Very bad hotel , carpets were dirty , bed was dirty , room smelled. Very loud hotel u can hear the water coming down the whole building from toilets. Some man walked into our room as the receptionist gave him the wrong number. Felt very un safe in that area not one person speaks English , u get funny looks from everyone . Very very un safe environment.     Hotel did not have air-conditioning and we were there during the heatwave. I never thought to check this on the website, so I guess this is my fault. Room basic but a bit tired and could use some maintenance for peeling paint in the bathroom area. Location very good for getting the RER into Paris Center, but car park at back was dirty and smelled strongly of urine... not very pleasant.     I stayed here for one night and was kind of glad it was no longer than that. The lady at reception did not speak English but managed to explain to me that parking in the car park behind the hotel was a little dangerous as it was likely to get stolen. It took a great deal of time to log into the hotel WiFi and eventually was able to do so by the receptionist letting me use the name and room number of a guest who had not turned up, as the system did bit recognise me at all.
