    LA'dresse was a safe place to stay near plenty of food. The balcony room IS on the first floor and literally within spitting distance of the check-in desk. Sometimes when loud travelers checked in or out, we heard entire conversations. Staff is friendly here.

    I booked 3 nights. Upon arrival, I wanted to take a shower, but the drain was clogged, so the shower was unusable.It took them 24 hours to do something about it.. The next day, there was no hot water at all. The in house telephone was not working, so I had to go downstairs to tell them that there was no hot water. It took the whole day for them to fix that problem. The manager offered to refund me one night for the inconvenience. After over 1 month and 3 reminder phone calls, there is no trace of a refund. It's obvious that they were lying, and that there will be no refund.The cleanliness of the bathroom was substandard. When I checked out, the in house telephone was still not fixed.

    Tourist hotel in a side street near the Port Maillot metro. Small lounge in reception, and breakfast can be in the cellar. Pleasant staff. There is a very small lift to the bedroom floors which avoids climbing up a winding steep staircase. My room was small but pleasant, with a very good powerful shower in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Ideal if one is out exploring in the daytime. Bars and restaurants close by.

    I have tried to have a conversation with this hotel for over a month. No one gets back to you to answer your questions. I have translated to French and it is still too much bother. They are happy to keep your money though. When I have rang the phone line it is on hold music. What is up with this hotel?!

    It was one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in.

    Terrible stay. Only stay here if there is nowhere else to stay. Service is really poor to begin with. The room is the smallest room I have ever stayed in, and we were in the largest room. The shower only gets to warm at best. It's pathetic. We had water dripping through our lights in the roof of our bathroom. All the drains and fittings and shelves were broken and / or loose. Absolutely nothing pleasant about this place. I would avoid at all costs.
