  “Cancelled a month in advance – hotel kept all my money”

  I had a booking for 2 people from August 25th to August 28th, 2025, which I cancelled on July 23rd due to personal reasons. The cancellation was made more than a month in advance, yet the hotel refused to issue any refund. While I understand their cancellation policy, keeping 100% of the payment despite having enough time to resell the room feels unreasonable. I have reached out requesting at least a partial refund, but have not received any response. This experience was disappointing and I hope the hotel will reconsider how they handle such cases.   Nice and clean hotel

  Hotel was clean, which was most important to us. Location was good for the sights that were planned. Mostly friendly staff. I would stay here again, my only issue were that the walls are thin. You could hear conversations from two doors down and every door that would open in the hallway. Other than that the stay was lovely.   Lovely room in a historic hotel on a picturesque street.

  We spent 3 nights here and couldn’t fault it. After reading about small room size, I thought they were as expected for Paris. Cute decor and very clean. Location was amazing and it is on a beautiful Parisian street with such an interesting history. Friendly and efficient staff.

  Good location, not great shower or breakfast

  The hotel is very well located, like 3 blocks from a Metro station, surrounded by other hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc. It does have elevators, small ones, but good enough. The room had a good size, with a refrigerator, electric kettle, comfortable beds, etc but what I had a big complaint about was the shower, because it had a moveable shower head that wouldn't stay in its place while showering, it would slide down, so it was very uncomfortable to take showers. The only good thing is that it had also a tub, so after a long day walking, you could fill the tub and rest. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel because it seemed they didn't offer much for what they charged. We bought some food in a supermarket or in restaurants and the person in the front desk did let us use the microwave. About the staff: There was only one guy, like Indian, that wasn't very good at his job, didn't speak English very well nor Spanish, he wasn't attentive, etc but the ther 2 we saw were nice enough.   Paris visit to the Olympia

  The hotel is in a nice area only 1 min from the nearest metro and for us here to see a concert at L'Olympia only 10 mins walk.Our room was a twin on 4th floor. Room was a decent size for Paris. Beds comfy and tea coffee facilities and a safe. The bathroom was badly designed and shower was one where we had to climb into bath and with a glass screen. Quite slippy when getting out. And both times the water wasnt very warm around 6pm.The male receptionists were both a little underwhelming. Never a bonjour or asking how stay was going. We reported our kettle leaked hot water all over shelf and carpet but it wasnt replaced. So being dangerous we went and asked for another one on the 2nd day.Maids forgot a 2nd bath towel after doing our room so had to go and ask again.Brealfast was ok but no sliced bread to make toast just hard rolls to eat with scrambled egg! No fresh fruit either. Basic breakfast and ours was included but wouldnt pay €15.May stay here again for the comfy clean room.
