The hotel has 35 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby.     Review by a travel agent.We recently stayed at Le Mathurin Hotel &Spa in Paris and had a very pleasant experience overall. Although we encountered a few minor issues during our stay, Mrs. Mouaci, the hotel director, handled everything promptly and professionally, which we truly appreciated.We also had the chance to speak with Marie, the head housekeeper, and she was extremely professional and kind. The front desk team is well trained, attentive, and always ready to assist.The hotel’s location is excellent—very convenient for exploring Paris—and the room was spotless and well maintained throughout our stay.Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with a team that genuinely cares about their guests.

    We had quite a pleasant stay at Le Mathurin. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet plentiful with fresh juice and lots of options. Our room was clean and service showed up twice a day. The noise level was alright, you can’t expect peaceful tranquility in the middle of Paris. The biggest downside: the spa was closed due to renovation. That was disappointing as the spa was one of the main reasons for booking at Le Mathurin.Besides that: 4 stars.

    Convenient and quiet hotel in a vibrant part of Paris. Very good location, just a few minutes’ walk to metro stations and easy access to attractions. As far as we understood, some of the hotel amenities listed on the website weren’t available due to renovations (e.g., the lounge bar). Lower rating because we weren’t informed about this before arrival. Very good breakfast.All in all, recommended.
