    No coherence

    rating30 May 2026

To Tea at the Dali room. It’s a special thing and heavily promoted and expensive Revolves around patisserie from Cedric Grolet - also a social media star. The patisserie I will review separately The ‘experience’ was poorly managed; lots of young waiters and maitres?mulling around but no coherence - no management Teatime poorly structured; Grolet’s creations interspersed with madeleines, guggeltopf and brioche - which didn’t fit with the Grolets?!Definitely would not do this again Pascal Billard, General Manager at Le Meurice, responded to this review Dear Paul R,Thank you very much for your review, we value and appreciate your feedback and the time you take to write it.However, we are quite worried about your impressions after the Afternoon Tea you took at our Le Dali restaurant. We are currently reviewing your concerns with the teams and you may be assured that we will rectify any shortcoming. The madeleines and brioches are offered straight out of the oven, hence it is difficult to find the exact timing for all guests in the room,. We are truly sorry that this presentation generally appreciated by our guests did not meet your expectations. We sincerely hope to be able to welcome you again in the not too distant future. With best wishes,Pascal BillardGeneral Manager

    A 5-Star Hotel That Deserves a 10!

    rating25 May 2026

We wish we had greater superlatives for our wonderful stay and experience at elegant Le Meurice! Our room was supremely comfortable, luxurious and spotlessly clean. The bath was also spacious and gleaming, with his and hers sinks, a separate walk-in shower that included a rain shower head and handheld shower head, and a separate bathtub that also included a handheld shower head. Every restaurant at the hotel provides an elegant, delicious dining experience with superior service throughout. Thank you to all the staff at Le Meurice for your warm hospitality and personal service! We hope to return again often and soon. Pascal Billard, General Manager at Le Meurice, responded to this review Dear Tom S,Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review after your recent stay at Le Meurice, and for the gracious comments!Everyone is delighted to read that you enjoyed your visit that much and thankful for you acknowledge them and their dedication.Be assured I will convey your compliments to the teams. We very much hope to be able to welcome you back to Le Meurice in the not too distant future.Kind regards,Pascal BillardGeneral Manager

    A wonderful grand city hotel

    rating25 Apr 2026

I return to the Meurice a few times a year. The service from the front door and throughout is so professional, welcoming and polite. A touch of the old-fashioned about their standards and the rooms are fitted to very high standards, beautifully clean and full of indulgent touches which one can expect at their prices, but not always find delivered elsewhere. The location suits us hugely and perhaps the food choices in the general restaurant are not quite as traditional as one would like when trying to ‘feel at home’, but the service is great. Outstanding breakfasts with great staff. Money well-spent I find and congratulations to the management for finding and training such outstanding staff. Pascal Billard, General Manager at Le Meurice, responded to this review Dear David SW1,We would like to thank you for taking the time to detail your experience at our property Le Meurice. We are delighted that you enjoyed the culinary experience and the service of our staff for breakfast. Afternoon tea for two

    rating24 Apr 2026

Went yesterday for afternoon tea with my daughter. Firstly I must congratulate the staff who were absolutely excellent. Charming, efficient and discreet. However I do have a suggestion that they explain the "menu" a little bit at the beginning of the service. We started with a selection of delicious sandwiches and were then bought a beautiful presentation of sweet and savoury mousses formed into the shapes of fruits or nuts according to their flavour. The advice was to start with the sweet and then continue with the savoury. They really were little works of art and the sweet ones (apple, mango, lemon) were very very sweet... It was enough to eat one and share one each of the others and then a break was needed before trying the savoury (I actually didn't even get that far)... after a while a chef appeared with some (plainer, drier) cakes.. a kugelhof, then some madeleines, a muffin, a cookie... these were all perfectly acceptable and very good to accompany the sweet mousses, if only we'd had them at the same time or understood that they were coming.. It was a shame that I couldn't enjoy eating them after the sweet mousses.I certainly had enough to eat ! I just wish that I'd been given an idea of what to expect so that I could fully appreciate what was on offer !They had lovely little egg timers to tell you how long to leave the tea bag in the pot depending on the strength you like your tea... word of advice to the British.. leave the teabag in !And, again, the service was excellent ! Pascal Billard, General Manager at Le Meurice, responded to this review Dear Madam, Dear Sir,We are very pleased to read your comment about your tea time at Le Dali restaurant, and thrilled that it has delighted your taste buds. It is very important to us to know that the pastries and sandwiches of our chefs were to your taste. We have taken into account your precious feebback concerning the menu explanation and share it to the team of the restaurant in order to improve our service quality. We sincerely hope that we will have the opportunity to welcome you back and help you discover new flavours.Yours sincerely,Olivier BoucachardF&B Management

    Check your bill.

    rating22 Feb 2026

I have been to this hotel now twice, and I doubt there will be a third time. It is a lovely sanctuary on one side, with the beautiful bar a sleek service, but it just does not quite catch the mark of some of the other high end places. Decor of the rooms was historic style, which is fine, but I do wish to have a nice warm shower, and that was not quite possible without standing in a tub spraying the whole (quite large) bathroom soaking wet. What prompted me for the review however, was how on both times my breakfast was charged a bit whatever style, with all kinds of items we did not order. Same with the room service and minibar. It really leaves a foul taste when you need to double check your bill. Not about the few euros, but the principle.Sleep quality was excellent and bed magnificent. Pascal Billard, General Manager at Le Meurice, responded to this review Dear 123Hami,Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a detailed review of your last stay with us.While we are happy to see that you enjoyed the hotel facilities, we are very sorry to note your disappointment with the shower in your bathroom and the service. We sincerely apologise for not living up to your expectations and sorry that you feel that our staff did not respond adequately to your requests.Be assured we will conduct a thorough investigation, as billing issues are not frequent in our establishment, yet we fully understand your frustration with this.We would very much like you to give us a last chance to make up for the inconvenience. Do not hesitate to contact us at ad.lmp@dorchestercollection.com ahead of your next visit or if you wish to discuss further.Yours sincerely,Pascal BillardGeneral Manager
