  Perfect central location down a quiet little backstreet, away from the bustling city. Very clean, beautifully decorated. Good value for money.Lovely, friendly, helpful staff.Cannot fault this hotel!

  Hotel has nice lobby, teas & coffee available. We arrived early AM and asked to return later, so we stowed luggage in the lobby. We came back that night due to a busy day sightseeing, & asked why we weren't there earlier to get our room.Other folks were there & it seemed(?) as though they were given our room & had to wait for our luggage to be removed from it.So,we were given a room off the lobby. It seemed as though it was one for pets due to smell and my immediate allergic reaction. I asked if it was a pet room, as most US hotels have ground floor rooms for pet walking access. I was told all rooms are used equally for pets but if I had told them, they could have done something different ?! There was mold on the shower curtain & asked for it to be cleaned, yet on our return, it was still moldy. The next day, I asked again and when we got back to the room, there was no shower curtain. Night staff had to find it for us as it had never been dried (it was 7 pm)!I was sick the entire time there yet traveled to another city and was healthy the entire stay at another hotel.Bedside lamp burnt out--bulb left on table but it was not fixed.It would have been nice if staff were more helpful & responsive. I was told no other rooms were available that week.

  Le Relais Montmarte saved our Paris break- we would never stay anywhere else!

  After arriving at our initial hotel in the Saint Pierre area of Paris, we took one look at our room and checked straight out. We have stayed on Lepic Street before so it was a quick Google to find a hotel in that area and thank goodness for the staff at Le Relais Montmarte. They answered at 10:30pm, informed us they had one room left and within 10 minutes, we were standing in their reception and all our concerns had melted away.From the moment we pulled up, we knew we'd made the right decision- the impressive wine machine in reception certainly helped ;-)! The chap on reception was so calming and although it was late, made us feel so welcome and explained everything we needed to know. Our room 202 was small but absolutely perfectly functional and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The decor was great and the space was well utilised. Wardrobe had plenty of storage, a full length mirror, iron/ironing board and a safe that was free to use. There was also a mini-bar (chargeable), hair dryer, toiletries, tea and coffee making facilities and USB- B charger points by the bed along with EU plug sockets. The wifi was also strong.We were offered breakfast but we had already made plans, we did not take it but the breakfast room looked lovely, along with the courtyard that would be especially welcome in the Spring and Summer. The reception was a highlight; it really felt like you were stepping into a Parisian home with comofrtable seating, a refreshment stand and fireplace. We took advantage of the wine machine (chargeable) and had a wine in the reception area before heading to the Moulin Rouge. The location is perfect- it's a fantastic safe area with everything on the doorstep including a corner shop and pharmacy. Moulin Rouge is a 2 minute walk away along with the Metro station. BUT if like us you have already done the main tourist sights, then there really is so much to do in walking distance from the hotel so we didn't use the Metro once.This hotel is an absolute gem and for the price point, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. I wouldn't even bother paying triple the price and staying in a 5* hotel when you have a 4* hotel as good as this that ticks all the boxes, and more.We will be back- thank you for saving our weekend!

  Very nice clean and quiet hotel very upscale in walking distance of most everything in Montmartre. Staff very accommodating. Nice downstairs buffet available. Small elevator, so travel light.
