Horrible ending to our stay

The hotel was nice and so were the staff..that being said, gets me to my problem with them. I stayed there may 29-31 for a wedding we were attending. When I checked out everything went smooth till the next day after the original final bill posted, later another charge for $16.24 appeared on my bank statement that was dated for a day and time that had not even happened yet..and then tonight at 3:00 am another charge appeared on my statement for another $16.24. what is going on?? I called twice and no one could tell me anything about the charges cause they said they couldn't see it. I was advised to call the manager between the hrs of 7-3, so I will do that in the morning. But this has got me curious and I can't come up with any reason why this is happening. I work at a hotel where I live and we don't do anything like continued charges after the final bill has been paid. It's like they know they have my card info so they can do whatever they want. And I assure you the staff that was so friendly to my face may not be the ones I speak with while calling to find out these charges, they are very uncaring. They can't even answer the phone correctly. The answer with, "hello" like it's their home phone. Each time I've had to as if this was comfort inn and they hesitate like they have to think about where they are at. Very disappointed and hope this overcharging will be resolved and given back to my card! Total bs!!

Wonderful place to stay

Great updated motel. Very comfortable beds, clean room, small areas toWalk dogs, easy on/off from I-20 and Main Street Weatherford, best breakfast we have had yet at a mid level hotel. Will definitely stay again when in Weatherford. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Excellent Stay, Rooms were very clean, check in staff were very professional, everything in the room worked and the beds were very comfortable. Temperature controls were easy to adjust. Wide variety of TV channels to select from. Kathy, the breakfast room manager, puts out an Excellent Breakfast with cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles cereal..Give her a Shout out for her service. We highly recommend this place and would stay again if we ever passed through Weatherford again. Multiple places close by to get supper or lunch.

Hello, my name is Kimberly in room 119. Comfort Inn Weatherford Texas is a very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is excellent. Tom at the front desk was awesome. We arrived early and asked about early check-in. He said our rooms were ready and we could check in early. The hotel was clean, well lit parking lot and great location for our needs. All the employees were very pleasant. The ladies kept up with the breakfast buffet. The room was clean, comfortable bed, but the pillows were too soft for my liking. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.
