    Everything was excellent, I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great, the ambiance is very pleasant, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall, everything was top and well organized. The only small downside is that there is no private parking, only street parking, but that’s all. Highly recommended!

    Spacious room but disappointing breakfast

    In close proximity to the train station. Hotel and room was fine and for Paris, the room was rather spacious which is appreciated. However, it wasn't possible to have a shower without flooding the entire bathroom as the shower was an open one. Staff was ok, not exceptional but also not unfriendly. However, what was disappointing was the breakfast: The room was somber and the buffet very small and not very good, very much resembling to a school cantine where one takes one of those tiny plastic trays and pass three stations (bread, jam, and coffee).

    The hotel is very clean and very accessible to all public transport. Whether bus or train. It's about 40-50mins by bus to the center of Paris but take an uber and you'd be there in 20 mins. I love the small indoor heated pool to chill with the kids. You can walk around with the dressing gown and drink at the bar. The only down side is that they dont serve food in the bar. However, they serve food in the restaurant but only coffees/teas and breakfast. Which is understandable coz Paris is surrounded by restaurants. So we made sure we eat dinner while strolling outside. Then if we feel pekish we would order pizza etc on uber eats. Despite the closeness to train station it was so so quiet. There was only once when a car was beeping loudly (alarm warning) but once you are in your room, with kitchenette, loads of press and cabinets for the 4 of us. I cooked rice on the 2 burner induction hob. They have everything the you would need: a peeler, can opener, bottle opener, strainer, pot, pan, cups, glasses, plates, spoons, fork, bread knives, kitchen knives. There is even a small dining table. The receptionists was very good in giving us directions and recommendations. My only regret is that i could have requested a room with balcony or a 2nd floor at least so we can see some of the lovely views. Ask them anything you would need and they will make it possible. My only comment is that they should have a water fountain in every floor.

    I never write reviews but i felt compelled to do so on this occasion as the hotel was exceptional. The customer service was 10/10, Reception Staff Bassam went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. His English was perfect which helped us a lot as our French is basic. Throughout the stay staff helped plan our daily itinerary, booked things for us, made sure anything extra we needed was sent to the room straight away. Even breakfast, one day we arrived as they were packing up, but they saw we had young kids with us and cooked some eggs and brought out more food even though it was our fault we came down late. During this trip i lost my phone in a taxi and Basam spent a long time liaising with the taxi firm and the driver to ensure i would get my phone back. He really went all out to make sure we were looked after. Finally, the size of the hotel is great, its a medium size with everything you need. The rooms were massive, spacious, modern and clean. Also near good transport links and restaurants. Felt like a lovely intimate boutique hotel, rather than one of those massive chain hotels which have no personality. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family and next time i go back to Paris i will be booking myself a place here again. Thank you to the team!

    Very nice accommodating staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Lovely pool. Excellent location for getting to Paris on the tram and underground. Really good air conditioning. Not too many cafes nearby, but comes with mini kitchenette and close to FrancePrix and LIDL
