This hotel is located in the heart of the Marais, only a stone's throw from the Place des Vosges. The Picasso museum is 100 m away and the city centre is 300 m from the hotel, as is the Bastille. Orly Airport is just 18 km away and it is 35 km to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

The hotel was built in 1660. 2 single rooms and 22 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected.     This could have been the worst 3* hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dark, claustrophobic twin room with window on an airshaft. The view was of a concrete wall. Furniture was tacky and there was no place to put suitcases, so we had to live out of them on the floor. Management, when someone was actually there, was extremely unfriendly. Getting answers to questions about the neighborhood was like pulling teeth.     Just concluded a very enjoyable eight night stay at Les Tournelles. The Le Marais neighborhood is quiet and very close to shops and cafes. The hotel strives for - successfully - a home-like feel. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is very comfortable and a good value. Our room was small, but well-appointed and the queen bed was firm and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We recommend Les Tournelles and look forward to staying there again in the future!
