    The hotel is in a perfect location and is very stylish. It is centrally located in Paris but unfortunately no Eiffel Tower view from our room. We had two interconnected rooms which worked well for our family and the fridge was well stocked. The bed and linen were top notch. The bed itself was built for peaceful sleep and dreaming. The breakfast was excellent. Not too much variety but everything tasteful and delicious. Only downer is the small elevator. But at the same time the elevator was always working and never had issues.The staff were great and accommodating although at the beginning of the trip there was a language and cultural misunderstanding.

    If I were you, I would avoid this hotel because we booked for a week. We received a system error during the reservation and payment process, so we rebooked and confirmed the payment, but the hotel charged the payment twice. Despite us notifying them several times that there was a system error, the hotel did not refund the duplicate and mistaken payment, and they made an unfair profit by selling the room to someone else. The hotel acted in very bad faith. Do not waste your money by booking with this hotel!!!     Lovely boutique Paris HotelThe hotel is located 5mins walk between Neuilly Porte Millot and Argentine Metro stations so getting around is very easy.We were warmly welcomed by the staff.We booked 2 rooms on the 4th floor, 46 & 47 as we're a family of 5.I strongly recommend booking these 2 rooms (if required) as basically you have one side of the 4th floor to yourself including a long corridor with two doors, see attached image.For such a small hotel, the rooms were larger than expected, which was a nice surprise. The facilities were all  nice, clean and well maintained.We didn't have breakfast so cam provide and feedback.Overall. a very nice Paris Hotel

    Awful awful awful. Family (kids 8,6,2) and they had no available family room (as booked) or. I alternate room due to "technical" issues with the air conditioner that were not further explained. To honor our reservation they sent my family on a walk with all our luggage after a full day of travel to another hotel with the "same size room" in fact it was 2 separate rooms on the other side of the floor connected by a public hall each so tiny we cannot all event stand one together. Each has single bed room. Like small children have a room down the public hall or our FAMILY she stay separated for a trip. Criminal.

    The hotel is perfectly situated and really near the arc de triumphs and the staff is very friendly and welcomingThe breakfast is one of the best and I recommend you to try this hotelRooms are nice and comfortable The hotel is also beautiful with a nice decoration
