  Very small and basic. Close to the Gare so that explains the price.If you are willing to commute then there are lots of better hotels at this price point.   Great situation only a block or two from Gare du Nord with plenty of places to eat in immediate vicinity. Bedroom and bathroom were very small but immaculately clean. Ive stayed in 5* hotels nothing like as clean. Staff very friendly. Good double glazing, not noisy at night. Optional breakfast was very good and plentidful choice.   Close to Gare du Nord in Paris

  Since we were taking the Eurostar from Brussels to Paris and after Paris our next destination was London again by Eurostar, Libertel Gare du Nord Suede was a great choice because it was about a 5 minute walk to the Gare du Nord in Paris on flat terrain. We had two big hold and two cabin sized luggage since we were traveling for a month in Europe and it was not difficult to do. We were also close to all types of food ranging from American chains, Chinese food, Middle Eastern food and Parisian food as well. We walked to check out Moulin Rouge and to the Sacre Coeur as well as to the meeting point near Port Neuf for our Notre Dame Cathedral's walking tour. Good value and with most hotels, rooms are quite small compared to the average US hotel.   Good location, comfy, but very loud.

  Location is great, super easy to get to the tube and train station. There is also loads of food options around the hotel, and if you prefer to walk to shops/shopping centres it’s only 20/30mins. Rooms are small and not much privacy in the bathroom as the door has gaps in it - so make sure to travel either solo or with someone you’re comfortable with! The bed was super comfy and there was enough room for two people on a short trip, but wouldn’t recommend for an extended stay with large suitcases. Room service comes later in the afternoon so it means you’re not awkwardly awoken. The only complaints I would have is that I was charged some sort of room tax at the beginning even though my booking said my payment was inclusive of all hidden fees and taxes? So i was confused and disappointed by that. Furthermore, it is LOUD. Between the 24/7 construction and super loud neighbours, I didn’t get much chance to relax. The noise was constant and frustrating.   VERY CONVENIENT FOR GARE DU NORD

  I stayed here for three nights and it was a short walk from the station. It’s well located for other transport and walking in a busy part of Paris but, once inside, the hotel was quiet. It was a decent price for summer in Europe.I had a strangely shaped room with the bed jutting out diagonally into the room. With no luggage rack, I had no choice but to put my suitcase open on the floor at the base of the bed and my carry-on was open on the wedge of shelf above the bed!There was a wardrobe, fridge, TV, kettle w coffee & tea plus a small espresso machine, however, you only get two pods per stay with extras available for purchase from reception. However, make a quick trip to Aldi across the road and you’ll be set!The ‘work desk’ was a struggle to use as it was wedged in-between the wardrobe and the fridge. I kept scratching my leg on the cabinet of the fridge whenever I sat there, which unfortunately was a lot!The washroom was nice with a good shower, toiletries and towels. The wall-attached hairdryer was powerful. However, there was nowhere to hang the hand-towel to dry, so I draped it over the hairdryer!There is a water dispenser in the lobby with flat and fizzy options. Breakfast is available onsite for a fee.
