    The hotel made every effort to help us with extra needs. It is of course 2 star as a hotel but it delivers what it says it offers.

    We booked the family room for 5 people and the room was very clean and nice. Newly renovated bathroom, 3 single beds and one double and two little balcony's. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location was close to the metro and surrounded by bakery's, shops and little cafes. I definetely recommend for your next stay in Paris!

    Great value for money. A basic comfortable hotel walking distance to gare du Nord and very close to Gare d'Lest. Staff are great. We stayed a few times during the rugby world cup and it was very reasonable. The only negative is the area near chateau d'eau metro (closest one) did not feel at all safe. Nothing happened but we prefereed gare d'lest metro.

    Good hotel friendly staffKnowledgeable & good travel information for Paris The area is a bit dodgy at night due to the high volume of homeless people around But if you go back to the hotel after dark an Uber is a good option. Breakfast was break @ jams Tea @ coffee @ 0j

    Dirty bathroom

    The room was located on the side of the central street and the noise of cars did not let us sleep all night. There were one double and two single beds in the room, although we had booked two single beds. Since the linens in the single beds were dirty, my daughter and I slept on the double bed, which at least had clean linens. The bathroom was extremely dirty, we used it with disgust, it was terrible. We will never use that hotel again.
