Location

The hotel is ideally located 5 minutes from Orly Airport and 20 minutes to the south of Paris' centre.

Facility

A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 37 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. An alarm call service, a conference room, a fax machine and a banquet hall are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     How a bad worker can ruin an entire experience

    I have travelled the world for many years, staying in hotels from 2 to 5 stars, and I have never experienced anything like this. After checking out at 11:30, we asked if we could have lunch or at least a coffee at the hotel, as our taxi was at 14:00. The receptionist said everything was closed and even refused to let us sit in the breakfast room, practically expelling us. Later we returned at 12:30 and found other guests calmly having breakfast while she was serving them. This lack of professionalism ruined our stay. Shame on her.

    The hotel is quite basic and for some reason as a single traveller my room was cramped with 3 beds. The reception was reasonable but a lack of English throughout the hotel was a problem for me. I arrived 8 pm and the restaurant closed at 9 pm so I went out to eat. When I returned it was a problem as the bar didnt want to serve me with a glass of wine . They did eventually after a little persusasion but it wasnt even 9.30 pm and I was after all a resident.

    This is supposedly a non-smoking hotel, but my room had the faint smell of smoke, other than that, no issues at all with the room.The mattress was a little hard for my liking but I was still able to get to sleep pretty quickly each night.Breakfast a little bit overpriced (11 euros ) for the selection.     The room was full of smell from smoking and I could not get another room because the hotel was full. This is not the way how you offer people a room and deal with issues. The curtains, the bed, everything. Even when opening the window the whole night, it didn’t went away.The pubic hair in the bed didn’t amuse me either.Never again. Comfort Hôtel V, Gérant at Logis Hotel des Lacs Rest. l'Envolee, responded to this review Hello,we are very sorry we were not able to change your room as the hotel was full. Unfortunately, some customers do smoke in the room despite it is strictly non smooking rooms.We made all we could to remove the smoke smell before your arrival, but smell was still present.We apologize again bay this message for the inconvenience

    Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very helpful young man & his English was enough for me to converse with. The evening menu was limited but excellent food.The breakfast was a little expensive considering it was a buffet type, the coffee was out of a machine.The staff overall were very helpful & pleasant. I would stay here again with no hesitation. Didn't see a drinks bar during my stay as there was a private function.The WiFi was intermittent, not that I required it.
