    The room was small but comfortable, people in the counter were friendly, the location is good, plenty of things around, I am generally satisfied, I'd say that during the morning the room was loud because of construction done in the street, but for some people that would not be an issue.

    The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service was excellent throughout my stay, everything was well organized, clean, and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my experience and would gladly come back again in the future.

    The procedure of making a pre-payment and then paying full amount at check in is unnecessary nuisance. It should be that you just pay the remaining amount to avoid unnecessary refund processes.

    I'm still waiting for my deposit refund. The room was in good condition. The service was fine, but I need a refund of the deposit I left.
