  I booked because they always responded to my emails. I needed a panoramic view of the Eiffel Tower. The young receptionist with glasses and long hair was extremely friendly and smiling when explaining the hotel's services to us. The room is very clean and completely renovated in a modern and luxurious style. The view is exceptional, you can see the tower from the bathroom, the bed is very comfortable and you sleep very well. I advise everyone to book and to be respectful when using all the accessories because we don't want them to be ruined by rude people when we return.

  Maison 46: A Stylish Stay with Eiffel Tower Views, Echoes Through the Walls, and a Touch of Construction Chaos

  We stayed at Maison 46 during our Paris trip and overall—it was a great little find. It’s a modern, boutique-style hotel tucked in a quiet street (well, usually quiet), just steps away from the Eiffel Tower. It’s sleek, it’s clean, and it gives off “small but sophisticated” energy—which we appreciated as a family traveling with a toddler and 17 bags (give or take).Let’s start with the wins: • The location is amazing. We were just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower—perfect for morning strolls and impromptu “we’re in Paris!” photo shoots. You really can’t beat the convenience. • The design is fresh and modern. Think minimalist furniture, clean lines, neutral tones, and a nice use of space. It doesn’t try too hard to be overly Parisian—it’s just cool, chic, and functional. The bathroom especially was a pleasant surprise: roomy by European standards, with a great shower and actual counter space. A unicorn! • It’s a cozy, intimate hotel. Not a big chain, not impersonal. It felt like staying in someone’s very stylish Paris apartment (if that apartment came with housekeeping and keycards).Now for the real talk: • Construction out front is no joke. Getting an Uber or taxi was… an opportunity. We spent a lot of time waving at confused drivers who couldn’t reach us. Think of it as a built-in obstacle course—Parisian edition. • The walls are very thin. Like, “you’ll learn your neighbors’ favorite podcast and they’ll learn your baby’s sleep schedule” thin. Unfortunately, our toddler had some Parisian meltdowns (he’s two, he’s allowed), and we’re pretty sure someone in the room next door was Googling how to file a noise complaint in French. If you’re traveling with a child, maybe drop off some apology macarons at check-in, just in case. • Not a ton of room to spread out, but that’s pretty typical for central Paris hotels. We made it work, but minimalism hits different when your toddler decides to unpack everything in 30 seconds.In short: it’s modern, it’s well-located, and it gave us what we needed for our Paris adventure. Just be prepared for some construction-related logistics and consider whispering after 9pm.Would we stay again? Yes—but next time we’ll request a top-floor room, pack noise-canceling headphones, and maybe leave the baby with the grandparents.

  very nice hotel, you can see that the reception and rooms have been renovated, the rooms are small but clean and tidy, in the room apart from the bed there are bedside tables, a few hangers, a desk, a safe and a small portable mirror (perfect for women who put on make-up) the bathroom is small but sufficient - shower, towels, soap and shower gel (for hair and body). near the hotel there are two Carrefour markets, cafes and bars. To the Eiffel Tower 20 minutes on foot, to the metro station line 6 (5 min) to line 8 (6 minutes). Safe area, you can walk freely at night. I highly recommend this hotel

  Quaint, cute, friendly and great value

  Just got back from staying here with my 12 year old daughter. The staff were amazing and very friendly especially Anastasia on reception. We upgraded to the Eiffel Tower suite which I hugely recommend. Couldn’t fault it. Very clean and perfect situation for getting out and about with very close metro links. Thank you x

  Rude customer service. I booked through booking.com, and as i am rated as genius level 3 i got quite a big discount. The booking was confirmed through booking.com with an official confirmation. I requested some additional information and only then i was informed that the hotel decided not to accept my booking as probably my discount ment that i did not pay them enough for my stay. They said that my booking was a hack. As this was quite a shocking statement i cancelled my credit card and contacted booking.com customer service. My booking was not a hack, but probably below their acceptable price. They should not make statements like this, as it causes alarm bells that are not required. When i asked for further clarifications, they never replied. My booking was not a hack and was an official booking through the booking website. Very disappointed as it caused a lot of stress verifying if this was indeed a hack, blocking my card etc.
