    Just the Best lovely friendly helpful staff here…clean rooms, comfy bed windows that open onto a lovely street below. The staff was very friendly and super happy to help us get whatever’s we needed. They found a beautiful excursion boat on the Seine River and ordered us a taxi to make sure we got there on time printed out a map so we knew where we were going. They’re like just like family. I can’t see enough good things about this hotel the service ranks, Above And beyond.

    The hotel was fantastic. The location is amazing and our room was quite spacious. Every staff member was very kind and friendly. We also had lunch before we left at Odette and THAT is an actual hidden gem.     Hotel did not meet expectations with its small outdated rooms.

    The location is excellent—very central and within walking distance to the Louvre and other major attractions. The service truly feels 5-star: attentive staff, warm hospitality, and great amenities including a spa and pool. The room also featured a smart toilet seat, a Nespresso machine, slippers and bathrobes, and even a yoga mat (although there wasn’t really space to use it). After we raised concerns about the room, the staff handled it professionally—we received complimentary champagne and a room upgrade for our last night to a larger room facing the interior courtyard, which was a nice gesture.Cons:We originally booked a superior double room with a balcony on the 5th floor, but the room was extremely small and felt quite dated for the price. The layout included just a bed, a large armchair, and a tiny table, leaving virtually no space for luggage. The bathroom and shower were very small—almost like a closet setup right next to the bed, which felt cramped and not very functional. The condition of the room didn’t meet expectations: chipped furniture, dirty and scratched walls, and an overall worn feel. The balcony itself was also not in great condition.Even the upgraded, larger room—while quieter—still felt outdated, with similar wear and tear on the walls and furniture. The bed was also not very comfortable, quite firm.If you book a balcony room, be aware it faces a busy street with bars and restaurants, so noise at night can be an issue.Overall:While the service and location are strong, the room quality, comfort, layout, and condition don’t justify the price. There are many comparable hotels in Paris offering more spacious, updated, and better-maintained rooms for the same cost.     I stayed at the Maison Albar Hotel from March 25 to 27. This was a great experience. When I got to the hotel the people at the desk were very nice to me. I want to say something about Rafael at the front desk.Rafael was very good at his job. He was always paying attention to what I needed. He helped me with everything. He even gave me some ideas about what to do. Rafael was always. Happy to see me. This is not something you see every day at a hotel.The people who work there are very good at what they do..
