AMAZING TEAM AND BEDS!!

My stay at Mama Shelter Paris West was truly exceptional. From the very first moment, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcomed with such warm and authentic hospitality.I was also honestly surprised by how incredibly comfortable the beds were — probably some of the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in a long time.But what impressed me the most was the atmosphere created by the team at reception, led by the amazing manager Fred. His leadership, professionalism, and positive energy clearly reflect on the extraordinary reception team around him. Everyone was attentive, kind, approachable, and made the experience feel personal and memorable.A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a special stay. I can’t wait to come back.

Really comfortable and welcoming hotelWe picked as was about 20-25 mins to main attractions on metro and 45 mins to Disney We had a family XL room which was great with a sofa bed and main bedroom via sliding doors. Lovely comfy beds , good breakfast choice. Bedrooms could benefit from some drawers !Room cleaning and fresh towels regularly. Only strange thing was cups and mugs did not get replaced on cleaning.Has two restaurants - both nice food but very limited options for gluten free.

Cool hotel but as per some of the other reviews I read, the staff are generally some of the least friendly and helpful that I have encountered. That said, two members of staff were exceptionally good so I guess it's hit and miss when it comes to service.They have a top floor restaurant with a kids menu and table football but I've no idea why are they seemed anti kids. The Mama XL Family room was fantastic for two adults and two kids - great space.Location is pretty far from everything but we managed to travel around on the tram and Metro. Note kids do not travel free on the Metro like they do on the London Underground.There is parking in a brand new multistory carpark next door which the hotel credits you for costing only €25 for 24 hours. Overall a modern, funky, fun hotel but we were not given a great reception on the whole.
