About Marriott Village D'ile-De-FranceAbout Marriott Village D'ile-De-France

Location

The resort is situated near Disneyland Paris (2 km) and is surrounded by the Disneyland golf course. There is a bus stop at the resort entrance and the small typical French village of Bailly-Romainvilliers is only a 5-minute walk away from the resort and offers the nearest restaurants. The railway station of Marne la Vallee/Chessy/ Parc Disneyland is just 2 km away. Due to the vicinity of the theme park Disneyland Paris, the region is touristy, but this remains in balance with the number of local inhabitants. A large shopping centre, including a very famous outlet shopping village, La Vallée, can be reached within a 5-minute drive, or 15 minutes by public bus. Further attractions in the surrounding area include the Vaux-le-Vicomte castle (50 km), the medieval town of Provins (55 km) and Versailles Palace (60 km). Paris is 30 km away and can be reached by car or public transportation. It is 25 km to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and 45 km to Paris Orly Airport.

Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, a stereo system, a DVD player, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer and a telephone are available for daily use. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. Amazing stay!

    rating23 Mar 2026

Amazing resort with a townhouse! The staff are very polite and knowledgeable, especially Valentin at the reception.A recommendation for the hotel: replace the coffee machines in the restaurant. Guests in the morning want good coffee made from beans, not liquid.Otherwise, everything is fantastic, and we will definitely return.PS: the market is just amazing idea with very knowledgeable staff.Thank you all. Nice resort hotel

    rating20 Mar 2026

Spent 3 days in March 2026 in this resort. The resort is well maintained and has all the basic facilities for a short stay. Because of the tine of the year, the outdoor facilities were not yet operational like the pool and the ground activities. The villa that I stayed in had heating issues where the heat doesn't stay constant so it could change between very cold and warm several times during the day. The water from the taps also took a long time to heat up.The villa's decor that I stayed in hasn't changed for at least 20 years but the fixtures and appliances are new. The bed was comfortable and the linens are just like the ones from Marriott hotels. If you decide to cook, the kitchen is not stocked with all the cooking essentials like a spatula or salt and pepper dispensers. Also, the TV doesn't have many watchable channels if you are not French so plan ahead.Because of the location near Disneyland, I would return for another visit. Ryan N, Other at Marriott's Village D'ile-de-france, responded to this review We apologize that certain aspects of your stay, such as the issue with heating, did not meet expectations. Our team is committed to reviewing these areas to ensure improvements are made.

    Get a Shuttle for Godssake

    rating16 Dec 2025

⭐️⭐️ (2/5)Unbelievable for a Marriott-branded resort: no airport shuttle. If you’re flying into CDG with luggage (or any mobility/service-animal needs), you’re immediately forced into extra taxi/Uber costs and hassle. This is a basic amenity for an out-of-the-way property near Disney, and the lack of it feels cheap. Nice enough once you’re there, but the arrival logistics are a mess — plan and budget accordingly. Ryan N, Other at Marriott's Village D'ile-de-france, responded to this review We appreciate your constructive criticism and are sorry for any inconvenience you faced. Your feedback helps us improve.

    Great Service

    rating12 Dec 2025

We found the resort to be lovely, and very well furnished. The beds were amazing, especially loved the high quality sheets and daily housekeeping!! We ate breakfast several times and it was delicious, even had a cute pancake machine. We used the shuttle to Disney, to and from the train station from CDG, as well as to the shopping mall. There is a small fare for the shuttle, but so convenient and hassle free. We didn't have a car, and didn't need one. It is a very quick train ride from CDG. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. A shout out to Isabella for helping me locate my phone while the shuttle was waiting to take us to the train station. She went above and beyond, took immediate action so that we wouldn't miss our train and flight connection. I dont know what her position is at the resort, but she needs a promotion!! What a valuable employee!! Thank you for saving our day. We had a great time and would stay again Ryan N, Other at Marriott's Village D'ile-de-france, responded to this review We appreciate your review and are delighted to know you had a positive experience. Thank you for staying with us.

    Stay here exceeded expectations

    rating30 Nov 2025

I just got back from a week at Village d'ille France where we used the resort as a home base as we made separate side trips to Paris and Strasbourg. Great trip and wished we had the luxury of more rest days in between side trips. We were a party of five including my niece and nephew ages 7 and 12. Transportation was surprisingly easy and efficient. Weather could have been better but we made the most of it. We really loved how charming the resort is and wished we could have spent more time to explore the resort. The villa was fantastic with a half bath on the first floor and 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms upstairs. It felt like staying in a small house. We took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub at the resort. The pool is 5 feet deep, so I recommend bringing floaties for younger children. The pool was heated well. The hot tubs could have been hotter. We wished we had another day to just do nothing at the pool.Getting around:The resort offers round-trip shuttle rides to Disneyland for 4 EUR per person. The front desk has a schedule of the pick-up times. There are 2 buses, one local, 2234, and the other express, 2207. The local bus stops right outside the main gates and the express bus stops down the block towards town. I liked that it picks up on the same platform at Disneyland so that you can take whichever come first (the express is probably only 6 minutes faster than the local bus). The buses come very frequently and Google maps will tell you the time the bus will arrive. The train to Paris (RER A) was easy. We purchased a Navigo weekly pass (31 EUR plus 5 EUR for the card), which is good for the RER, subway and buses. The bullet train, TGV Inoui, to Strasbourg was also easy and a very smooth ride. I recommend getting to the train station a little early to figure out the station layout if it's your first time taking the TGV. 20 min before departure the screens will show which platform the train departs from. When you get down to the platform there's another screen that shows you where on the platform to board your car #. The car # is also marked on the outside of the train on a digital screen.Marriott Village d'ile France is a great home base. I could see myself staying there and doing day-trips to Paris rather than staying there overnight on subsequent trips back to France. It was so easy to get around and to the train station. We would like to return when the weather is warmer and plan for more nights of just staying in the resort and enjoying the resort itself. Ryan N, Other at Marriott's Village D'ile-de-france, responded to this review We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your kind words and for choosing our resort.
