    Three night stay in Paris.

    The hotel is easily accessible from the Gare St Lazarre- only 15 minute walk and a few minutes from the Madeleine metro station. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains were thick enough that the street lights and noise did not affect my ability to sleep well. The bathroom was also spacious but the shower was over the bathtub. Not a problem for me at all but could be a problem with people who have mobility issues. There was a buffet breakfast offered but I decided not to have it as I don’t tend to have a large breakfast. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful.

    As soon as you walk into reception you know this hotel is well-managed. The welcome was very warm and professional. The location is exceptional. The breakfasts brilliant.Couldn't fault it and we highly recommend it.

    Fantastic little boutique hotel. Fabulous location for all the designer shops and literally a few steps from Madeline train station. We loved this hotel. The rooms were immaculate. Breakfast was lovely- continental breads, cheese ham, pain au chocolate, yoghurts, fruit juices and coffee etc. All in all, great value for money and great location. Reception staff were jovial and happy to greet us. Definitely stay again.

    Just back from a two night break to Paris. Hotel is in a great location, right next to a metro station but also walkable to most places of interest.Check in / out quick and easy. Left luggage at either end of the trip .Staff very friendly and helpful. Even at 3 am when we realised our power had gone off. Rooms decorated nicely, bathroom a good size and shower above a bath. Toiletries provided.Tea and coffee also provided. Fridge with water €5 a bottle is ridiculous when it’s only €1 in the shops, and €2 in reception!! Would be nice to have draw space for clothes but other than that all very nice. Breakfast room only seats about 18 people so when everyone turns up for breakfast at the same time you have to wait for someone to leave. Breakfast continental with nice pastries , breads, cereal, yoghurts, juice, choice of teas and coffee, fruit, meats and cheeses. Can highly recommend.

    The hotel is on a great position.. however night staff receptionist is extremely unhelpful and rude! Please note: DO NOT TAKE UP ANY ORGANISATION OF TAXIS ETC FROM THE STAFF. Normal cost is €38.00 when organised €60.00! Very unhappy !
