    We had a fantastic stay in this lovely hotel, starting with a wonderful welcome from the staff at reception when we first arrived. The room was not huge, but it was quiet, very clean, and comfortable and warm during extremely cold weather. The location is excellent, with plenty of good restaurants nearby (we particularly enjoyed the Bistrot Rougemont), a Velib dock right outside the front door, and good walking routes to Montmartre, the Marais, and other great areas of Paris - and it was only a 10-15 minute walk from the Eurostar terminal at Gare du Nord. The very best thing about an already hugely enjoyable stay was the friendly professionalism of Matthias on the front desk, for whom nothing was too much trouble. I travel all the time for work - I have stayed in dozens of hotels over the years - and he is unquestionably the most impressive hotel employee I have ever encountered. He deserves a pay rise and a promotion!

    Hotel is excellent: clean, elegant, cozy, location is top, breakfast is amazing... but personal in charge is sublime: Mathias take care of us and our children making us feel comfortable all the time, personal in the breakfast room was always checking if we need something. A dream stay in Paris, definitely will come back. Highly recommend.

    The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was well organized. The room was spacious, nicely dark for sleeping, and had everything you need. The towels and shower were great, and the toiletries were of good quality.A few points to note: there’s little natural light, so the room feels a bit dark during the day. It’s also quite noisy — you can clearly hear guests walking in the room above. When my daughter was jumping, we even received a call from reception to check if everything was okay. These are not street noises, but sounds from other guests.Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and nice facilities, just be aware of the limited daylight and the noise between rooms.
