We were pleasantly surprised as the rooms were bigger that the dimensions and images appeared to show. Lifts say 3 please but it’s real one and a bag or two adults. Lifts quick. Places is clean. Room is a little tired. Great to be able to have no a/c and open windows. High up we could open them and view courtyard area and typical French other rooms.Water has good pressure both hot and cold. Friendly staff. Very small breakfast area we didn’t use as room has fridge and we prefer cereal nice large TV but only the BBC in English out of numerous channels. Boring and needs a change.A Monoprix close by for food and a pharmacy on corner.No rest but one next door is good and there are a dozen within walking range. Great location 200 m from Gare Lyon with access to RER and Metro that left you get to all sights of Paris. it is also easy to get to airport or Eurostar.Free drinks if your Accor is a glass of wine or beer. Wi e is usual and beer excellent.We would stay here again.

Room was great! The weather was warm and although the room was very comfortable, we couldn't figure out the magic to the AC (we think a timer is involved). Overall a good stay. Lovely breakfast and near to the city centre, wonderful restaurants. Staff were exemplary!

No peace, no service.

- Location is just 500m away fr Rail station Gare de Lyon- location is in de midst of so many constructions! Don’t even have proper pedestrian path!- super tiny lift! Can only take 2 pax max! We had to literally squeezed ourselves with 2 luggages inside & no space to move. Seriously!- super small room. - no aircon. Hotel refused to turn on for us even after repeated requests as i fell ill & gotta stay in room whole day!- only a small heater (those traditional type with hot water running thru) in room- our only cool air is to open window. BUT can’t really open because of constructions below! Noise & dust!- totally no service. TV no movie at all. Only french talk shows & news. - no service: i had to go ask for coffee refills - they use paper cups, even in toilets!- because we had to open our window for cool air, we had to put up with frequent “police” & ambulances’ sirens, day & night. No peace. Cannot have proper rest. Wonder how this hotel got their 4-star ratings? Definitely not recommended.

The location was perfect. 5 minute away from Gare de Lyon which took me pretty much everywhere.The room was small but that shouldn't come as a surprise because the dimensions are usually displayed on the room description on the booking platform of your choice. It also has a gorgeous little balcony.The staff were lovely, friendly and professionalBreakfast: n/a - haven't tried it. Negative:- The lift and the corridors are too narrow.- The wardrobe is way too small and your clothes (long coats, dresses) will be hanging right above the safe and the kettle not too high up.- There are some cosmetic problems in the room, such as peeling wall AND wallpaper, there seemed to be splashes on the dark wall... I had different expectations for a recently renovated hotel. Overall: not impressed.

Beautifully renovated and very close to Guard De Lyon.

It was not long renovated and beautifully done. The staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating. They have a bar area and a very attractive lobby seating area. We did not do the breakfast, but other guests told us it was excellent. Short walk to the elevated rail line walking trail. Guard De Lyon is a five-minute walk. We have booked again for next February and we are very much looking forward to their hospitality
