Our Perfect Weekend Stay

We had the most amazing time on our trip to Paris last weekend. The location of the hotel was perfect. The actual hotel had a really calm feeling to it. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Babacar who worked on the Nightshift was really friendly and really helpful for any advice we needed in terms of where to go in Paris. Nothing was too much trouble for him. What we really loved about this hotel is that it was in a really quiet area so it felt really safe and also it meant that we slept well, but also the nearest metro station was a few minutes walk away and it was close enough to get to all the main attractions. We did walk to the Eiffel Tower/ Arc de Triomphe from the hotel so it is possible to walk from here too! Would definitely stay again! Fantastic Experience!

The staff at the hotel is extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel itself is very clean and inviting. Any oddest request was fulfilled. Breakfast had plenty of choices, fresh, and very early. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone and when in Paris again, will absolutely look no where else. The staff truly makes a difference!

The previous review clearly doesn't know how to clean up after themselves...I found the hotel spotless! And after I ate in my room (I threw my trash away, plenty of bins around). My room was freshened up perfectly whilst we were out.Lovely comfy room and warm, welcoming staff. Not to mention the delicious breakfast! The fresh omelettes were perfect.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very lazy house keeping staff!!

The costumer service is great but living in a place for several days, that I’d expect to be at my everyday standard of living.. isn’t adequate, the room service were very lazy in their workings 😅 I left a cup (that I’d been drinking from last night), I would have at least expected them to take it away (they didn’t). I finished a family sized packet of sweets last night (the empty bag was just left in the same place). I also had a takeaway box of food from yesterday (as the portion was humongous) as I didn’t feel like eating it, I put it in the bin.. when I got back to the room, I see the bed made but a dirty, empty glass .. my old box of food and an empty sweet packet. This is why I’ve rated so low!!

The hotel has a great price per quality ration. Rooms are nice and modern and quite big. Location is perfect if you are staying around Levallois, but also max 10 minute walk from two metro stations on line 3. Service was great . Only thing the heating is set on automatic and it became really cold at night, as it did not warm the room enough. Beds were comfortable and the duvet really warm.
