Stayed here for a few nights. Hôtel is central with good links. However we inadvertently left some money in the hotel safe. Trying to contact hotel was extremely difficult and emails not answered. When I finally got in touch guess what? Our money was not in our safe. No help from this company, fobbed off. Just not good enough. Now being ignored. Surely this would be easily traced as hotel was quiet. This has ruined our visit to Paris as feel robbed from what should be a secure place. Shame on you Mercure! Will update on outcome.

The hotel rooms were a little small but they were clean, the employees were so very nice. Rafik one of the night attendants was so polite, friendly and accommodating to our needs he truly was so nice.

Its ok, second time staying here while in Paris, its an ok hotel, had a good nights sleep no complaints, rooms a bit smallish but to be expected in Paris. Breakfast options were good.

Small hotel in the heart of Montparnasse. Easy access to nearby sites. Many terrific restaurants in the area. We are giving this a 5 because of Emma Grace, just a terrific receptionist. She was attentative to our check-ins and made sure we had what we needed. She was knowledgeable of the neighborhood and their restraunts. The bed was comfortable and kept clean by the room service. The breakfast staff are friendly. The rooms are small but met our needs.

I’ve booked this property for the funeral service of a friend in the neighbourhood.This property does not respect their own rate policy as They feel free to authorise your credit card at the time of the booking for 1eur and they feel free to try to debit/authorise even more than the booked rate the day prior the arrival.I did book on purpose a pay on spot rate this is not to pay in advance as a prepay rate.I do understand the risk of a property for no show etc, but when you have a all member who booked, it means it’s not a random customer coming from nowhere …3 weeks after my departure, there is still an amount blocked on my credit card. The property claimed they have released it but the account statement doesn’t lie.This would not have occurred if the sales terms were respected.For the rest room are ok even if smallStaff friendly - but did not provided my all status rewards.Breakfast ok for short trip
