  A wonderful Weekend in Paris from Brussels!

  A wonderful Weekend in Paris!First, I’d like to thank Monirath for his hospitality and support for my reservation issue. He dealed it very well with professionalism. The arrival and check-in was very smooth, we got to our lovely room that is comfortable, cozy and quiet! It was our second time and it’s always warm and lovely! Look forward to staying again soon.

  Nice hotel in a good location good value for money

  Very comfortable hotel in a great location turn right and 20 minutes walk to the Louvre and turn left 20 minutes walk to the Opera. We went for a superior room which gave us two windows making the room bright. Bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not great. Bathroom was compact but the shower was good. We were only sleeping there as there is so much to see and do in Paris why would you not get out and enjoy it. We did not have breakfast at 21 euros per person there are hundreds of cafes that do fantastic breakfast around the area and much cheaper. Loved the water fountain on each floor an essential when walking around beautiful Paris. We would come back to this hotel. Staff were very friendly and everything was very clean

  Needs renovation!

  Stayed here for two nights with the family. Not what I was expecting for an Accord hotel to be honest (I’m an accord member reason why I chose it).Staff aren’t very friendly or attentive, the rooms while spacious aren’t well maintained and the whole place needs renovation.More of a 2.5 star hotel if you asked me Agnès Barnay, Other at Mercure Paris Opera Louvre, responded to this review Dear Patricio,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.   Ceiling sock experience

  Room is the size of a bathroom. Had hard time storing bags and moving around. Refrigerator doesn't work enough to even make a drink cold. Window wouldn't closenand secure. A light fixture on ceiling was torn and covered with a sock. Bathroom baseboard was falling off and moldy. Receptionists didn't even say hello while checking in. The price of the room is ridiculous at $450 a day based on what they provide. Breakfast was adequate.   Great Location & Service – But the Bed Let It Down

  I recently stayed for three nights at the Mercure Paris Opéra Louvre and overall had a really good experience. The location is a major highlight – right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, cafés, and key sights. It was the perfect base for exploring Paris on foot and via metro.The team were friendly and helpful throughout, and I really appreciated the hotel’s sustainable touches – especially the refillable glass water bottles in the room, which were a nice change from single-use plastics.The only downside for me was the bed. The mattress was incredibly firm – to the point of discomfort – and by the end of my stay, my back and hip were definitely feeling it. The pillows were also very soft and didn’t offer much support, which made sleep a bit of a challenge. I even ended up on the floor for a while to try and stretch things out. It’s a shame, as a more comfortable bed would have made this a five-star stay.That said, everything else was spot on – from the warm welcome to the clean, quiet room and central location. With a refreshed bed setup, I’d happily stay again.
