Extremely Disappointing Stay – Uncomfortable, Unclean, and Unacceptable

    rating05 May 2025

This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I feel strongly about warning fellow travelers, especially families, to reconsider staying here.No Air Conditioning or Fan:Our room had no air conditioning, and with the summer heat, this made our stay unbearable. Shockingly, no fan was provided, and there was no attempt made to offer us an alternative solution or even a room change.Unprofessional Staff – Luka:The night staff member named Luka was particularly unhelpful. The first thing he said to me was, “I cannot help you,” even though he was aware that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and the technician hadn’t resolved the issue. Despite this, he still assigned us to the same room. Throughout our interaction, he appeared more focused on his phone, often talking to someone while halfheartedly responding to us. His lack of professionalism and empathy made a bad situation even worse.Room Hygiene Was Appalling:The fridge in our room still had leftover food from previous guests—clearly it hadn't been cleaned. This raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and attention to hygiene at the hotel.Undisclosed City Tax:At checkout, we were asked to pay an unexpected €64 in city tax, which had never been mentioned during the booking or check-in process. This lack of transparency felt misleading and unfair. Not Suitable for Families or Anyone with Health Conditions:We were traveling with two children—one with autism and the other with asthma. With no cooling system, we had to open the window for air, but the constant noise from the nearby highway made it impossible for them to rest. It was a very stressful and unhealthy environment for our family.Final Verdict:Between the broken air conditioning, poor cleanliness, inattentive staff, surprise charges, and complete disregard for guests’ comfort and health needs, this hotel fell far below acceptable standards. I strongly advise other travelers to avoid this property.

    Super! Plus fantastic location

    rating29 Dec 2024

Superb stay here with my adult daughter December 2024. We caught an uber from Charles de Gaulle (cost around £40) Check in was swift, very polite staff and beautiful lobby area, modern fresh and clean. Our room was on second floor, spacious, very very high standard of cleanliness and well equipped with teas/coffee. Mini fridge in room also. Bathroom was large, good lighting and great shower. Room was warm and quiet, with comfortable beds. Location absolutely fantastic, you literally could not be any closer to the metro station, we went into central Paris one day, and Disney the next, door to door! Breakfast was lovely too, fresh, hot and lots of choice continental style, scrambled eggs were delicious! I would recommend this hotel, and would return with no problems at all.

2 nights on a business trip

    rating18 Oct 2024

The hotel seems to be recently renewed. Lobby is quite big and has a young touch, it’s nice to have a beer with the colleagues there.Food at dinner lacked of salt and other two colleagues complained about their salad (the pumpkin in it seemed to be not well cooked)Breakfast not very satisfying with few sweets and more choice for those who don’t need an international breakfast.Room was ok except for the moquette which didn’t smell good (same issue of most of the places which still have it)Personnel not comfortable speaking english. Can not say anything about the location since I chose it because of the proximity to the place of an event.

    Nice hotel

    rating21 Sept 2023

We only stayed for one night but the room was okay, quite nice. The location was convenient for us as it's on the metro line from Disneyland to Paris. That’s basically the only reason we chose this hotel. But there is also a huge mall right next to the hotel so that's great.

Very good unexepensive choice for visiting Disneyland

    rating04 Aug 2023

The location is perfect if you want to visit Disneyland and pay much less for accommodation. It is right near the underground station and it will take you exactly 30 minutes to Disneyland. The rooms are large, provided with coffee machine and very good cleaning services. The fresh drinkable water on each floor is a big plus. The breakfast was very tasty, but not that many choices. The big minus was the restaurant not functioning during our stay. When you get back to the hotel after a day of eating kind of fastfood in the park, the restaurant is essential. The staff is a big plus in this hotel: they gave us directions, provided all info we needed and gave us good tips for traveling using the underground.
