    Exception stay made by exceptional staff!

    Whilst the hotel is in a fantastic, walkable location for both the Palace of Versailles and the train station into Paris, what truly made our stay exceptional was the staff.We initially chose this hotel through Booking.com simply because it looked comfortable and well-located in the photos — but what those photos can’t capture is the atmosphere the team creates. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and it genuinely felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being welcomed into someone’s home.The team clearly take immense pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. They went above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways — leaving a lovely good luck package for my sister who was running the Paris Marathon, helping us by calling a restaurant that had forgotten part of our order, and even leaving a sweet heart-shaped towel display on my niece’s bed. These small but meaningful touches made a huge difference to our stay.It’s rare to come across such consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely caring service. The staff here are an absolute credit to the hotel and a brilliant example of how hospitality should be done.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Versailles

    Ideal for a quick trip - clean, safe & friendly

    Good location which felt safe to walk to at night, about 10 minutes from the metro. Clean & exactly what we needed for 2 nights. Twin beds were good sized. The room was small but we didn’t intend on spending much time in the hotel - was perfect for sleeping, getting ready & breakfast.I would be mindful if you have lots of luggage as there wouldn’t be much storage space for you. All staff were friendly & helpful. I’d recommend to anyone on a short city break to Versailles with small luggage.

    Well situated but beware if you come by car.

    This hotel is very well situated and was very clean. However, if you come by car beware that the car park is in fact a basement and very difficult to access and to turn round in to exit...unless you are the only car. I was asked for the size of my car when booking and am usually able to park a car. Admittedly my car is new and I may still be learning but I found this a challenge. Might be best to use the public car park if you in any way doubt your ability to manoeuvre in a tight space.

    The hotel has an excellent location for visiting the Palace of Versailles. The receptionist was great in helping us to settle in for our two night stay. The room was comfortable, albeit a little on the small side as was the tiny car park. The only minor downside we felt was the (buffet) breakfast, which for the price, felt it didn't offer value for money! Hence, we ate out the second morning in a local restaurant. This didn't affect our stay and would recommend this hotel!

    Well situated close to the castle, resturants and a supermarket (MonoPrix). OK bed, some minor noice from the street, I slept alright. Great breakfast, pain au chocolate, bacon and white beans, you couldn’t ask for more! Nice staff, smooth checkout
