    Worst place I stayed and I stayed all over the world.

    It was the worst! This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Horrible room. Horrible facilities. Scam. Positives: The location was fine. Other than that I don't see any positive points. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is a scam. You open the front door and you step into the breakfast area. You open the room door and you step into your bed. IT IS A SCAM people. If you're young, appreciative of quality, and want to get your money's worth: DONT BOOK HERE. It supposed to be our 5th year anniversary getaway, but the experiences was horrible. I hope no one else goes through this.Negatives: IT WAS SO BAD. EXTREMELY BAD. DONT BOOK HERE. THIS IS NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. IT JUST ISNT! At most 2 star!I’ve never experienced anything like this before. DON’T BOOK HERE.Before departure, I contacted the hotel because my wife became ill. We had not left yet. I asked for a cancellation, explaining we were supposed to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary in Paris, but she was extremely unwell. They completely refused to take this into account. Over €400 for 3 nights is a lot of money. The chat staff was rude and unwilling to help, so we ended up going anyway.Upon arrival, there was NO PARKING AVAILABLE AT ALL, despite what was mentioned at their page. I contacted Booking about this immediately and they initiated an investigation (still pending). I was given a shady paper with a garage “7 minutes walking away.” This was false, it was at least a 10-minute drive/25-minute walk. The garage was dirty, unmonitored, accessible from the street, and had concrete spaces where you couldn’t even open the car door. Parking there was impossible. We had to find another garage for €50 per night extra!!!The room was EXTREMELY small: you open the door and step straight into the bed. NOT WORTHY OF 4 STARS. The WiFi, TV connection, and phone did not work (isn’t this mandatory for 4 stars?). The room was COLD, and an employee said: “It is cold in December.” Seriously?! The kettle doesnt stop boiling, so i needed to do this manually and got burned. I couldnt charge my phone next to my bedside as I didnt get power there. WHAT WAS THIS?! Only after we said that we wouldnt finish our stay and leave a day sooner they offered an upgrade. But when I asked for an upgrade upon arrival for both our anniversary and because of the complaints they didnt offer any of this. As we were SO dissapointed at that point we didnt accept and left.I have booked hotels all over the world via Booking, and this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.THIS IS NOT A 4-STAR HOTEL. Still demanding a real solution.The hotel lied about my experience to b##king. Their guy Mohammed was in my room trying to fix the WIFI and Chromecast. Upon my return they denied I even went to the reception. How cold. How cruel.

    This hotel is great location in Paris with a variety of restaurants close by. We walked to the Arc de Triomphe where we caught the hop on Big Bus Tour. Room was clean with nice treats in the room. This was perfect for a friends weeekend. Friendly staff also!     Room good, water hot. No wash cloth though! Breakfast coffee machine largely a fiasco but the people there are nice. The night person at the desk was exceptionally thoughtful, helpful, and cognizant of security needs.     This hotel is close to pretty much everything, is very clean, and has air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and helpful.     We stayed 4 nights here in the beginning of August. The AC was kept nice and cold and worked well. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and it was a quick 5 minute walk to the metro or a 10 minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Lots of food around. Would recommend!
