  Not what what advertised in photos.

  This hotel doesn't look at all like the pictures advertised. We didn't have hot water for our 2 night stay and were promised it would be fixed. At 7.30pm we were advised that our only option was to change hotels which was a 40 minute metro ride away (no offer of transport). The whole place is run down and very disappointing for Paris.

  I recently had the unfortunate experience of using the bathroom at this establishment, and I have to say, it was absolutely disgusting. The entire place was filthy, with dirt and grime everywhere. Worst of all, there was literal poop covering the toilet seats, the floor, and even the walls. It was beyond unsanitary—completely unacceptable for any public restroom.The smell was unbearable, and it was clear that no one had cleaned the place in ages. There was no toilet paper, no soap, and the sinks were clogged and overflowing with dirty water. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. When I brought up the issue, they acted like they didn’t care at all. No apology, no attempt to fix it—just a shrug and a lousy attitude.It’s shocking that a place like this is allowed to operate under such filthy conditions. Basic hygiene and cleanliness should be a priority, but clearly, they don’t care about their customers. If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t bother—unless you want to experience one of the worst, most disgusting bathrooms ever. Avoid this place at all costs.

  Mouldy room which smelled awful. Air conditioning didn’t work. We asked for them to fix but no. They gave us a fan but it’s 36 degrees atm. We asked for another but no. It’s dusty and dirty and the lamp over my bed came off in my son’s hand. There’s no shelving or wardrobe just 5 lockers that don’t lock??? It’s a never again from us. And yes we did complain to the staff- several staff. Thank goodness it was just 3 days and in the area we wanted or we’d have left.

  Liked · Great location and good value for money. Reasonably spacious for a cheap room in Paris.Disliked · Rather noisy place with people coming and going on the stairs at all hours, plus the street noise (but it is a city). Could have done with an extra pillow.

  Clean and comfortable but in need of TLC

  There were pros and cons to our stay. I booked it as a hotel but it is a hostel (not really and issue for us). The website photos do not accurately reflect the current state of the building. It is not bright and fresh as in the photos, but very tired and in need of some serious TLC. While the beds and bedding were very comfortable, the metal bed frames were very noisy. The window frames were rotten and allowed the weather in. The hairdryer didn’t really dry and was stuck together with tape. We were on the top floor and had a lovely view of Sacre Coeur. There is no elevator which didn’t bother us but could be an issue for some travellers.Despite the rundown nature of the property, it was perfectly adequate for our needs and we found some great restaurants nearby. Value for money, just don’t expect what you see in the pictures.
