This attractive hotel is located close to the tourist centre just a short distance from restaurants, bars, pubs and a nightclub (150 m -500 m away). Montmartre, the Louvre and the Galeries Lafayette shopping centre are to be found in the vicinity and Poissonnière métro station lies a short walk away (700 m) and allows easy and convenient access to all parts of this fascinating city. 6 suites, 6 single rooms and 12 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     They can steel your belongings with no excuses and compensation

    The hotel team stolen my flowers and don’t want to compensate this.This is the first time I’m facing with theft by hotel team. Very strange. Very unpleasant issue while you are in holidays. Breakfast is very poor. Room in standard category is very old and with tiny window, very unpleasant

    The hotel had a convenient location and served as an excellent home base for a family trip to Paris. The breakfast buffet offered fresh food and good, strong coffee that set us on our way. It was clean and we were reasonably comfortable for our stay.The family room was a tight fit for a family of 4 as there is nowhere to unpack or put away clothes. We mentioned a leak in the bathroom sink to housekeeping, but they left our improvised solution of taking the bin out of the bathroom garbage can and using the bag in place 🤷🏻‍♀️ Good enough, I guess.We were there the week leading up to the 2024 Olympics so that might have increased the price, but otherwise we might have felt it was very expensive for what we got. All in all, we were happy enough with our stay and found the location convenient enough to make up for any shortcomings.

    Perfect location to enjoy all of Paris!

    Perfect spot to be in, with the metro just a short walk away.Boutique hotel so don’t expect anything big - but there was great customer service from the receptionists. There are a fair few restaurants and boulangeries nearby/within a short walk.Lift is very small and not suitable for wheelchair users. I got in there with two suitcases but my partner had to walk up the stairs.

    Fine for a One-Night Stay

    This was fine for a one-night stay but I wouldn't want to stay here longer. This was the final night of our stay before our flight home. The hotel is centrally located and very reasonable. Our room was clean. But it was very small and the furnishings were nothing to write home about. As there were three of us (a couple and a their teenage kid), the room had a queen bed and a single. The elevator was the tiniest I've ever seen—my son initially brought all three suitcases upstairs on his own. Positives: I found the bed to be very comfortable. The employee at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is located across from Montholon Square, which is quite pretty, and there are a number of restaurants in the area—we tried a Vietnamese place that we enjoyed. And it's a short walk to Gare de Nord. While the room did not have air conditioning, there was a large fan. We found that by opening up the windows just a little and turning on the fan, the room was airy and cool AND the fan nicely drowned out the street noise, which otherwise would have been an issue. We had to leave early in the morning, so didn't try the breakfast.

    Everything was small and cramped. The lift is big enough just about for one person and a suitcase. I would not have wanted to be in it with someone I didn't know. The hotel is in need of some TLCRooms were clean but again very cramped. Neither the safe nor the fridge in our room were working. Breakfast is also nothing to get excited about; coffee and juice from machines that were not always working. I guess you get what you pay for.
