    I had to pay twice for this hotel. I paid with my credit card when I first booked, and then I paid again when I checked in. They said they would refund the money to my credit card, but they still haven't. There are similar complaints in other reviews...     They are making reservations for people through Booking.They take my credit card again upon check-in at the hotel, They say the initial withdrawal will be refunded to you through the bank, but the bank never refunds your money.If you don't want to be scammed and are willing to pay twice, stay at this hotel,I still haven't received my refund.If you stay at this hotel, you're an idiot. I'm also writing my email address, and I'll send you all my Mastercard and bank statements, both from official government agencies and Booking.com. This hotel takes money from you twice through booking.com. The first time through Booking.com, and the second time when you check in. They say the first payment, also through Booking.com, will be sent via bank transfer, but they never refund your money. It's a complete scam hotel. You can sue me; I'm waiting.     The staffs were so sweet, and one of them helped us boil the eggs. He was very careful and helpful. Location was not bad as bus stop is near the hotel, but metro station takes more than 10 minutes on foot. If you have a senior member, taxi service is more preferable than public transportation. The boulangerie just outside of hotel(same building?) was so good and their price was reasonable. The only thing is that the mattress condition in our room were a bit uncomfortable to us(whenever we got up, we felt a bit uncomfortable.) although it was very soft and seemed perfect. In spite of it, the room rate was so competitive and clean.     staff was very nice and very helpful. helped us with recommendations of where to go in the city and were very welcoming! the room was amazing and our view was directly at the street which we loved. would 100% recommend!
